Need to know
Head to the terminal. As you enter the terminal, keep in the left lane and follow signs for 'Passenger Drop-Off'.
When two lanes become three, stay in the middle and bear right, avoiding the car park. Take the right-hand lane and drive to the end of the tunnel, ensuring you park in the 'Permit Holders Only' bays located after the last pedestrian crossing.
Hand over your keys, then take the short walk to check in while your car is parked in a secure car park.
This is also your meeting point on your return.
When you get back, give the car park a call once you've cleared customs and picked up your luggage. You'll be met at the same place you dropped off your car.
If you're returning to another terminal, let your driver know when you arrive and they'll bring your car back to the other terminal for you.
The postcode for satnavs and a link for what3words will be in your booking confirmation to make your journey easier.
Feel free to update your vehicle registration anytime before you leave. Just a heads-up: changes within 24 hours of your booking may add a £10 airport access fee.

This Park Mark award-winning car park is secured by:
- CCTV

Electric vehicle charging
Tudor Rose can charge your car for £25. Let your chauffeur know you'd like your car charging when you arrive, and it'll be charged once before your return.
Make sure you bring your own type 2 charging cable and leave it in the car.
The small print
From 1 January 2027, the car park will be operating from 4.45am to 9.15pm. You won't be able to drop off or pick up your car outside these times.
Early or late? If you collect your car earlier than planned, you will not receive a refund for the remainder of your stay. If you return later than planned, you'll need to pay £10 per day.
Running late? Let the car park know as soon as you can by calling them if your arrival time changes – you'll be charged if you arrive more than 30 minutes after your booked time.
If your flight is delayed beyond 9.15pm on your return, the team may have to drive you to your car just a few minutes away.
Driving a standard car? You're all set, as long as it fits under the 5.2m entry barrier and within a standard bay (2.4m x 4.8m), and you're not towing a trailer or using a commercial vehicle.
Got a larger vehicle? No problem. There's a £40 fee for bigger non-commercial and commercial vehicles, like vans, pick-ups, trucks, or large cars over 5.2 metres, including those with a long wheelbase. You can pay the driver directly when you arrive, or sort it ahead of time by calling the car park using the number on your confirmation.
It's always worth double-checking your vehicle size before you set off, just to keep things smooth when you arrive and avoid any surprises.
Returning to another Terminal? Don't worry. Let the car park know when you arrive and your car will be brought back to the other terminal free of charge.
Feel free to update your vehicle registration anytime before you leave. Just a heads-up: changes within 24 hours of your booking may add a £10 airport access fee.
