Links in our emails sent before the 23rd Jan are not working.

We’re aware that some customers are experiencing problems when clicking links in Holiday Extras emails sent before 23 January.

This issue was caused by a change made on 23 January by the email platform used to send our messages. It has affected Holiday Extras as well as many other well-known brands worldwide.

This isn’t anything you’ve done. If a link doesn’t work, our customer support teams are ready to help straight away with bookings, amendments or renewals.

We’re also aware that some customers using Hotmail / Outlook email addresses may notice a delay in receiving emails from us. This is due to the same external platform change, which is causing those email providers to temporarily slow delivery to inboxes. Emails should still arrive as normal, but in some cases this may take a day or two longer than usual. If you’re waiting for an email and it hasn’t arrived yet, please rest assured it hasn’t been lost. If you need help sooner, our customer support team can assist straight away.

  • Please go directly to your account to manage your bookings, vehicles, personal details and communication preferences.

This is frustrating and embarrassing for us. We work very hard to make travel simpler and to remove hassle wherever we can. When something gets in the way of that, it matters. Every customer, booking and interaction counts.

And we know many customers save emails to return to later. While these older links won’t start working again, our focus is on making sure you can still get what you need quickly and easily through the right channels.
