Can I cancel or amend my theatre break?

If you have booked a non-flexible break, this means you cannot make changes or cancel, and you won't be able to get a refund or a voucher.

Cancellation Protection

We understand that plans can change, which is why we offer a Cancellation Protection. This protection allows you the flexibility to cancel your theatre break booking up to 3 days before your travel date without incurring additional charges. In case of cancellations on the day of travel or afterwards, the full cost of your booking, including the Cancellation Protection fee, will be applied.

For those who prefer to travel without Cancellation Protection, your selected package will remain non-amendable and non-refundable. Cancellation Protection is available for selected theatre breaks, and if this option isn't available at the time of your booking, this means that the package is non-flexible.
