If you're staying in Cala d'Or, Es Fortí is a must-see attraction, no matter the weather. This is an eighteenth-century fort with views of the surrounding coastal area. Slightly further afield, the Sanctuary of Sant Salvador is a half-hour drive from Cala d'Or. This is a fourteenth-century monastery situated at the top of a steep hill.
