Getting to the airport

You can drive from the hotel to the North and South Terminal in around 10 minutes. Meet your driver at the drop-off point and walk to the terminal in 2 minutes.

Directions and a postcode for satnavs will be on your booking confirmation.

Check in from 3pm, check out by 12 noon.

Parking

Overnight parking at the hotel is included in the price.

Parking with Maple Meet & Greet is included while you're away. Drive to the drop-off point near the terminal and give your keys to the driver. Your car will be parked for you in a secured site up to 6 miles from the airport. It'll be brought back to the same place for your return.

Rooms

Rooms are spacious with large beds and blackout curtains. Sleep on a comfy Hypnos mattress and take your pick between a firm or soft pillow.

Restaurant & bar

Chef & Brewer – 11.30am to 9pm

The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, but the Chef & Brewer at the Gatwick Manor Pub is just next door to the hotel.

The restaurant serves pub favourites like fish and chips, burgers and steak. Mains cost between £12 and £24.

Breakfast

Breakfast is also at the pub next door and is an all-you-can-eat continental and full English breakfast. It costs £13.99 for the full English and continental or £6.99 for just the continental.

Two kids under 16 eat free at breakfast with each paying adult too.

Sustainability

Premier Inn is on a mission to make stays more sustainable. Most of their UK hotels run on renewable electricity, with over 200 powered by solar. They're also phasing out gas completely to create the UK's largest network of all-electric hotels.

In the rooms, LED lighting cuts energy use, and water-saving taps are being rolled out.

Single-use plastics have been swapped for refillables, and the goal is to cut food waste in half by 2030. The food itself is responsibly sourced, and any surplus that's still good to eat goes to FareShare. Some hotels also team up with Too Good To Go to make sure even more of it gets eaten, not wasted.

You can also recycle in-room, charge EVs at select hotels, and support local and youth charities just by staying. It's all part of a bigger plan to make travel better for people and the planet.

Good to know

Returning to a different terminal? Don't worry. Let Maple Parking know when you arrive and your car will be brought back to the other terminal free of charge.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles/fewer than 8 seats) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). There's no height restriction at the North Terminal, but a 2m restriction at the South.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day, which is subject to change.

Don't forget to print your booking confirmation and take it with you as the car park will need to see this when you arrive.
