No. This was absolutely abysmal. Had my confirmation of hotel & parking. Arrived to the hotel at midnight with wife and 2x children, to be told that we did NOT have any reservation. The hotel (and others in vicinity) were all fully booked, and we had to sleep in the car, in the car park. No-one available at HolidayExtras to talk to, as everyone had gone home for the day, and no "on-call" staff to deal with customer problems/emergencies. On complaining the next day, I was told to just "raise a complaint on a webform". Well!!! That doesn't resolve the most uncomfortable night ever, for the start of the holiday. My wife was thoroughly depressed and angry with me (not speaking) for 4x days of our 10-night follow-on holiday in Greece; so pretty much ruined my holiday package experiencce.

Getting to the airport
The hotel is a 10-minute drive from Airparks. From Airparks take the included shuttle bus to the terminal. It runs regularly 24 hours a day and takes 14 minutes.
Check in from 3pm and check out by 12 noon.
Parking
Overnight parking at the hotel is £6.
Parking at Airparks is included for the duration of your trip. Park in any space, keep your keys and take the included shuttle to the terminal. The car park is secured by CCTV, entry/exit barriers and regular patrols.
Wifi
There is free wifi throughout the hotel. If you're after a faster connection than standard, we recommend paying £5 to upgrade.

Restaurant
The Brache is a Beefeater restaurant at the hotel, with a plentiful menu where all choices are priced reasonably. The dishes are mainly meaty, with burgers, grills and steaks, but there are options for vegetarians too.
Open 12 noon - 10pm every day.
Breakfast
Breakfast is an English and continental buffet in the Beefeater restaurant. It's £8.99 per person, with up to two kids under 16 eating breakfast free with a paying adult.
Served 6.30am - 10.30am weekdays and 7am - 11am weekends.
Good to know
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.2m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
The shuttle bus can't accommodate large sporting equipment, so we'd recommend dropping any off with your passengers at the terminal first, then driving to Airparks.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.

On the day of your stay
Drive to the hotel - we'll give you directions to the hotel in your booking confirmation. Overnight parking is £6.
Getting from the hotel to the airport
Drive from the hotel to Airparks, 10 minutes away. When you arrive, drive into the car photo booth. A member of the team will check you in while you stay in your car and then direct you to the relevant parking zone. You'll be given a ticket which you need to keep safe. Keep hold of your car keys and make a note of where you've parked for when you get back.
The included shuttle bus runs to the terminal regularly, 24 hours a day. It takes around 14 minutes.
Coming home
The shuttle buses back to the car park leave from bay R - you'll need to show the ticket you were given at check-in to the driver.
Once you're back at the car park insert your ticket into the exit barrier and wait for it to lift. Don't worry if you lose your ticket, just take your photo ID to reception and answer some security questions.
