Getting to the airport

Once you have checked out of the hotel, head to the Drop and Go Express P10 car park, where the car will stay for the duration of your trip.

Follow the signs for P10 – the signs won't mention Drop and Go Express.

When you enter the car park, the barrier will recognise your number plate and lift automatically. Drive into the arrivals area and park in the next available lane.

Take your key to reception to check in. They'll give you a receipt – keep it safe, you'll need it when you get back.

Then walk to the terminal to catch your flight. Its a few minutes to T3 and less than 15 mins to T2.

A postcode for satnavs and a link to what3words will be on your booking confirmation to make your journey easier.

Check in from 3pm, check out by 12 noon.

Parking

Head to the hotel for your overnight stay – overnight parking is included.

The next day, drive to the airport to drop off your car at the Drop and Go Express - P10 car park, where the car will stay for the duration of your trip.

The car park is secured by barriers and fencing, with key collection lockers. Plus, all the expert drivers are fully qualified and insured.

When you get back, scan your receipt at the lockers to get your key. Check the label, find your car, and head home.

Blue Badge bays at Drop and Go Express - P10 are clearly signposted, just follow the blue line.

Need airport assistance? Book it with your airline, then head to reception when you arrive so OCS can come and meet you.

Restaurants

The Bulls Head – 11am to 11pm, Monday to Friday. 9.30am to 11pm on Saturday. 9.30am to 10.30pm on Sunday

Look forward to crowd-pleasing dishes like steaks, mixed grills and burgers. There's a choice of vegetarian options too. An average main costs around £14.

You can also enjoy a selection of drinks, including draught beer, wine, spirits and cocktails.

Breakfast

The Bulls Head – Weekends: 9.30am to 11.15am

You can choose from a range of indulgent brunch options, including a full English breakfast for £8.99, smashed avocado & eggs for £7.49, and more. A children's menu is also available, with breakfasts priced at £4.49.

Sustainability

Premier Inn is on a mission to make stays more sustainable. Most of their UK hotels run on renewable electricity, with over 200 powered by solar. They're also phasing out gas completely to create the UK's largest network of all-electric hotels.

In the rooms, LED lighting cuts energy use, and water-saving taps are being rolled out.

Single-use plastics have been swapped for refillables, and the goal is to cut food waste in half by 2030. The food itself is responsibly sourced, and any surplus that's still good to eat goes to FareShare. Some hotels also team up with Too Good To Go to make sure even more of it gets eaten, not wasted.

You can also recycle in-room, charge EVs at select hotels, and support local and youth charities just by staying. It's all part of a bigger plan to make travel better for people and the planet.

Good to know

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of 6 hours at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £63.40 per 24 hours. This is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). Vehicles must have a valid MOT.

The car park has luggage trolleys near the arrival lanes - you'll need £1 to use them.
