Security
The multi-storey car park is locked, well-lit, gated, fenced in, staffed 24-hours, with set quality standards. Entrance and exit under video surveillance. Regular security patrols are made. Access is only possible with a staff member.

Please note
We recommend to arrive at the car park at least 2,5 hours before your flight. Please consider this during your booking and make sure to enter the correct information in your booking form, otherwise we can't guarantee a punctual transfer. Please consider that the provided transfer times are mandatory. It is necessary to hand over your car keys, which will be safely stored onsite until you return from your travels.
In case of late departure, 15 EUR will be charged for each additional day. Payment will be made on site. Changes to the return flight must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a surcharge of €85 will be charged. Depending on the car park's operations and availability, your vehicle may be parked either at the main location at Rue du Witloof 73, 1130 Haren, or at the second location, approximately 400 metres away, at Avenue de la Métrologie 5, 1130 Brussels. Both car parks are operated by Parking City Zaventem, and the service remains the same regardless of where your vehicle is parked.

Handicapped access
Unfortunately disabled parking spaces and shuttle buses equipped for disabled passengers are not available.

Car park size
max. height: 1,80m; max. width: 2m; max. length: 4,30m; A surcharge of €7 per day applies to vehicles over 1.80 m in height. A surcharge of €15 per day applies to pick-up trucks. Vehicles such as the Mercedes Sprinter, Iveco Daily, or similar models cannot be accepted at this car park.

Insurance
Liability insurance for the operation of the parking area, as required by law.
