Need to know

Head to the Sofitel hotel car park's dedicated Meet and Greet area, drive through the car scanner and park in one of the bays. Hand over your keys at reception and your car will be parked in a secured car park while you take the short walk into the terminal.

When you land, head back to the car park, pick up your car and your keys and head home. Simple!

Accessibility

This service is ideal for anyone with accessibility needs, as a shuttle bus is not needed. It's also great if you're travelling with heavy bags or young kids – just drop your car and stroll to check-in.

Your car's in safe hands. We only work with trusted car parks that take care of your car like it's their own. While your car's with them, it's fully protected – so you can head off without a second thought.

The car park is secured by:

The small print

This car park has a ‘No Wait Guarantee'. This means if you have to wait longer than 10 minutes for your car to be returned you'll be refunded 25%. Any longer than 20 minutes you'll be refunded 50%, and if you're waiting longer than 40 minutes you'll get all your money back.

This guarantee applies as long as:

• The correct return flight number, landing date and time have been given.
• Your flight doesn't land more than 15 minutes early, unannounced.
• There aren't any vehicle issues that prevent or delay the return of your vehicle, including mechanical, electrical, and fuel.
• There are no road closures or accidents on the journey.
• Heightened security doesn't slow down entry to the airport.

Your car will be parked in a secured compound, up to 6 miles from the airport.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up to midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles/no more than 7 seats) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m) and fit under the 2.1m entry barrier. If your vehicle is taller than 2.1m, let the car park know when you call and they'll meet you in a different area outside the car park.

Drive to the Sofitel Hotel car park and head to the meet & greet area. Hand over your keys and your car will be parked in a secured car park while you walk 3 minutes to check-in

Returning to the airport

When you return, walk back to the car park, pick up your car and head home.
