On arrival in Paphos, taxi was there within 2 minutes. Our airport return transfer was exactly on time. Only criticism is if passengers are on TUI flight taxi transfer should allow more time due to excessive queues at checkin.

Great service at pickup. But I wasn't allowed any influence at sll on the return pickup time. The transfer set a pickup time that would have brought me to airport only 2 hours ahead of departure time. In my eyes that is not enpugh time to allow for delays in traffic, or long queues to checkin/security. I have a medical condition which means I need extra time getting to the airport. Asked them to change to an earlier shared transfer (would rather wait 8 hours at airport than risk missing my flight) but they said it was non-negotiable. Ended up taking a bus to the airport instead, cause I didn't feel comfortable with the late pickup time I was given by the transfer company.

Our transfer service was fabulous. We had a private villa and the directions we had weren't the best. Our driver was amazing and really helped us. He spoke to our agent for us and got the directions he needed to get us to our villa.
He was also amazing with our children. Talking to them and playing music for them in the taxi. It was a really good start to the holiday and we can't thank k him enough. This is our 3rd time booking our transfers through holiday extra and the same company and we will definitely be using both again on our next visit!

We have used Holiday Extras several times now for overseas airport transfers and have not been disappointed. The return journey driver was slightly late on this occasion and didn't offer an apology or explanation however as the journey to the airport was very short, it didn't affect the arrival time at the airport

We booked a shared shuttle service from Paphos airport to our hotel. The coach was waiting for us when we arrived which was fine but we then had to wait about an hour sitting on the coach waiting for other flights to arrive. It was very late in the evening and we were tired after a delayed flight and just wanted to get to our hotel. This further delay was very frustrating. In future we will not book shared transport. Having said that the return pickup was fine in a minibus with just one other couple and no delays.

I find it hard to get transfer to my address as it doesn't come up when I try to input. We get dropped off at a restaurant nearby and it's normally fine, however last year we asked the driver to turn off before we got to the restaurant and she had a full on shout at us so that was pretty bad and we thought twice about using your transfers again but it's been fine since.

Pickup from the hotel to the airport was late even though the time had been set by the taxi company. No update was received so we had no idea if the taxi was late or not coming at all. The contact telephone numbers, including the emrgency number, were not answered which is very poor.

Overall, it was good. However, I would need to mention that we did need to chase and look for our driver when we arrived in Paphos airport as he wasn't waiting where we expected him to be and also when we were leaving our hotel to go to the airport we also had to call Holiday Extras to chase as the driver was slightly late picking us up.

Driver was friendly, vehicle was comfortable, transfer took the scheduled time, dropped us as close as the driver could get at location.
Only drawback was a little waiting time, once we were told where to go to meet the driver, we then had to wait 10-15 mins for the car to arrive, also instructions as to if driver waiting etc could have been made clearer, we did not see a driver and they were no instructions as to where to go to request assistance, it was only by chance that I got the correct desk, as signage was nine existence, maybe inform people when booking where to go desk wise, if no driver present.
