Need to know

Drive to the car park – the barriers will lift automatically. Park in a Valet parking bay, check in with the team, and hand over your keys. Then take the short stroll straight to the terminal while the team parks for you.

When you return, head back to the car park and collect your keys from the team at the Premium Valet bays, then head home.

Accessibility

Although there are no Blue Badge bays, Premium Valet bays are close to the terminal. A step-free pathway takes you straight to the terminal.

Security

Your car is protected with CCTV, fencing, entry and exit barriers, and regular patrols. Plus, it's Park Mark accredited for extra peace of mind.

The small print

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of 6 hours at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged by the car park.

The car park has a height limit of 3.5 metres.

Getting to and from London City airport

Arriving at the airport

Drive to the car park – the barriers will lift automatically. Park in a Valet bay, check in with the team, hand over your keys and you'll be given a confirmation coupon to keep safe for your return. Then, take the short stroll straight to the terminal while the team parks for you.

Returning to the airport

Head back to the car park and collect your keys from the team at the Valet bays. They'll check your confirmation coupon and then head to the barrier and drive home.
