The New Place hotel has introduced new measures designed to make your stay as safe as possible.
When you arrive you'll find hand sanitiser for you to use and clear protective screens at reception. Some team members may be wearing PPE too. Social distancing is expected throughout the hotel and there are signs in place to guide you. Public areas and bedrooms are being deep cleaned and more regularly, with a focus on high-contact touchpoints.
When it comes to breakfast at the hotel there's a Grab and Go continental option which can be delivered to your room or you can pre-order a cooked breakfast.
Getting to the Airport
Your car will be collected from the Short Stay car park outside the terminal, which is about 2-minutes' walk from Departures.
Check in from 3pm and check out by 11am.
Parking
This package includes overnight parking at the hotel and parking at Maple Manor Meet and Greet for the rest of your trip.
If you need to drop off or collect your car between the hours of 11pm and 5am you won't be able to use this package.

On the day of your stay
Drive to the hotel - your booking confirmation will include directions and a postcode for satnavs. Overnight parking is included in the price.
Getting to the airport from the hotel
Drive to the Short Stay car park to meet your driver - it's around 20 minutes away.
You'll need to give the driver your booking confirmation and car keys, as well as your return flight information.
From there, it's a short walk to the terminal while the driver parks your car in a secured car park.
Coming home
Call the car park when you've collected your bags, and your driver will bring your car back to the terminal.
