The service was terrific. My flight from edinburgh was delayed 1.5 hrs due to medical emergency onboard but my driver was there waiting for me and the return journey he was bang on time at the hotel.

I booked the basic private car transfer and was surprised to be taken to a luxury Mercedes saloon - wonderful surprise. Sadly we didn't get away on holiday due to snow. We texted the transfer company in Spain from the aircraft, firstly about delays and then with the news we wouldn't be getting there and they were very accomodating offering to change the collection time. We didn;t think we would be refunded when the flight was cancelled, which was fair as it wasn't the transfer company or Holiday Extra's fault, but without asking we received a refund for the unused return transfer from resort to the airport. I am very impressed. I have used Holiday Extra's for many years for airport parking and transfers and we have never ever been let down or had cause for complaint. We always find the best prices and the support is second to none.

The only thing that would make things a bit better would be a mobile number to contact the driver for the return transfer or an option to pick a return pick up time instead of just being appointed a time. Our return pick up was more than 2hrs before the flight time & it arrived even earlier than stated which made the airport wait very long.

Generally everything was great. I'd recommend to Provide instructions to where the reps are at Malaga airport to customers. Yes, there was a sign, but it was pinned to a pillar with tonnes of other names and we totally missed it so was waiting 20 minutes unnecessarily. There was also no need to call the airport 15 mins before arrival at Gatwick with the car… when you call, it tells you no need for the terminal we were using… this could have been put on the app and it was an unnecessary phone call.
