The only thing I find annoying is having to contact you 24 hours before the return,no other company requires you to do that. You simply get an email the day before telling you your pick up time. I have used your company twice & each time I end up having to phone because when I do it on line it comes up their is a problem. If I'm not doing a last minute break I use Shuttle direct to avoid the problem but you cant book last minute with them. I'm sure you woukd do much better if you just texted the pick up time with a message saying please let us know if you no longer require the pick up.

Everything was fine with the supplier, was able to contact them easily on arrival. I would suggest that more time is allowed on arrival as going through passport control is very slow and sometimes Baggage is also very slow! The staff at the transfer company were very understanding and happy to wait after I came out of arrivals to explain the situation that my husband was waiting for suitcases. Other than that the collection on our return was on time (15 mins early in fact!) Wouldn’t hesitate to use again

We were delayed on our outbound flight by over an hour there was no issue the flight was tracked and the driver ready to meet us . The only thing I would say is finding the desk wasn’t easy I had to ask a couple of airport staff so maybe a map of directions

Really good, very polite and pleasant transfer, almost everything went perfect, the only mishap was that they only had 1 car seat for the return transfer, even though I had booked 2 as we have twins, which was annoying. Otherwise it was good.

It was all so smooth and easy. Only downside is we got put on a different coach when we landed even though we got to the desk on time so had to wait for 40 mins and then an extra 30 mins when we were on the coach. This wasn’t the end of the world though and it was an easy and trustworthy process.

Excellent Coach Transfer Service
Travelling as a family with our children, we usually opt for a private transfer or hire car, but this year decided to take the coach to keep costs sensible. It turned out to be an excellent choice. The coach was easy to find, departed on time, and provided a smooth, comfortable journey both to and from our hotel. The whole process was seamless and well organised. It really was a perfect service — I cannot rate it highly enough.

Clearer details about exactly where in the airport the driver will wait. It took a bit of searching in arrivals hall to locate our driver & after delays at the baggage carousel it was stressful! A text message upon landing would be helpful to confirm the driver is waiting.

Absolutely excellent service. We arrived at Palms airport & had to wait an hour for our luggage which meant our taxi transfer time had elapsed. It was sorted out immediately by the taxi transfer company who even took our luggage to the awaiting taxi. Could not fault the service.

Transfers were very smooth. I looked up reviews for the travel company that was booked, and was very sceptical and worried that the transfer wouldn’t work out. Holiday extras provided me with very thorough details to find my outbound transfer, which we had to wait over an hour for but considering the flight was delayed this was expected. The communication wasn’t so great for the return transfer, with time only being communicated by sms 15 mins before the pick up time. I would have liked a bit more notice of this time, as I was getting stressed that the transfer may not turn up

Going, we arrived on time, went to collect luggage. Before we got all cases got message to say we had only 5 mins to get to driver. Stress we don't need.
Came through to collection point, there were dozens of people with names. Found ours by default, as name was spelt completely wrong. Don't forget we are now on our last minute before he said he would go.

TransUnion counter at Palma Airport & Bus location went well.
Brief wait for coach/bus to fill, was both expected & acceptable.
As were a few stop off's on the way to our destination - in short, good value for money.
Our return journey was later in the afternoon & as a consequence, coincides with Palmas rush-hour traffic, which can be considerable.
However, thanks to the thoughtful & timeliness of all the passengers for our bus, along with the experience or our driver meant we arrived with a little time to spare.
As is a blessing as Palma Airport (due to its vast size) is not the easiest place to negotiate negotiate through.
Now made easier, thankfully by an 'Information Counter' which among other things, directed us to the correct baggage 'Drop-Off' point. - Always the first stressful part of your return journey, if your not familiar with it's location.

It would be helpful to know whether bus is Transunion or something else to aid finding it rather than just the bus number. We stood outside in rain for 30 minutes before it arrived and sat in it for another 35 minutes before it left the airport.
The return leg was perfect, on time at our hotel, and a very straightforward and good value airport transfer.

I was disappointed at the chaos on arriving at the private taxi stand. I think I was expecting my name on a board to transfer to my hotel. Not to join another queue when I had already done that a number of times to get through the airport. I don’t think I was on my own in assuming this was a private taxi transfer with the driver ready to take us to our hotel.

It was very difficult to select a suitable “drop off, pick up” location in the resort. I was only able to select from a “Drop Down” list of places and could not enter the exact drop off location. This caused major problems. The driver could not find us to pick us up at the end of the holiday, in spite of sending a pin location and a text describing where we were. Also Holiday Extras failed to communicate to the local cab company that we required a baby seat. Fortunately Cabik (who were very good)were able to sort this out locally. Holiday Extras are ok for booking airport hotels and parking, but I would not recommend them for airport transfers as they are vey difficult to communicate with.

Very easy to negotiate, I booked from Palma and came out to arrivals went to column 1 as told in my text (very easy to spot in great big columns) desk was right there was welcomed, driver there took us right outside the door just metres away was the car, very clean and comfortable looked new, arrived safely at our hotel, perfect and same on return journey, kept in touch by text/whatsapp and met right at hotel door. Would definitely use again.

Absolutely amazing after being very reluctant from a previous no show, however recieved a refund for a taxi paid back promptly in days as per their promise.
Cabbik was the handler on this occasion who arrived on time, and after leaving my phone in the private minibus it was taken back to their office at the airport and returned to me at no cost later that day, so grateful I tell you. Well recommended and definitely will use again. Thank you hotel extras and cabbik.

First time using this company and would 100% recommend. Service was faultless from beginning to end. At such a reasonable price , we couldn’t believe how smooth and efficient it felt! We were relieved in that our plane was delayed by an hour but HE were still able to organise a lift for us to our holiday. Our trip back to the airport was on time and got us to the airport in good time. Both drivers were also very expert at manoeuvring the vehicles through some very narrow roads with relative ease.

Long wait at the airport on arrival and then virtually last drop off. First pick up before around 50 minutes driving to hotels and apartments around the resort. The coach on the return journey had a dodgy seat in front of us on incline making the journey cramped.

We have used the transfer service now a few times and it always been very efficient, drivers polite and vehicles always immaculate. I would use the service again but there was a slight issue this last trip in that the driver who was due to pick us up for the return flight was given the wrong hotel name so did not arrive as planned. We had an early flight so was due to be picked up at 03.40. The emergency number in the UK was not open (only open between 8am and 8pm) and the Spanish number would not connect. Luckily we were in a hotel with 24 hour reception so they were able to help and contact the local service provider my concern would have been if we had been in an apartment or villa without reception facilities how we would have managed. Surely an emergency number should be manned 24 hours a day?

I recently booked an airport transfer with Holiday Extras. We did have to wait a long time on the coach for one family to arrive. The only issue I did have was that my original booking, which included a child seat, was cancelled for some reason and the extra cost was not refunded. Saying that I have used the company for various things in the past and everything has always run smoothly.

As a solo female traveller meeting friends out in Mallorca arriving late at night I wanted a reputable company with a transfer guarantee so i knew i could get to my destination safely. Communication was clear to follow and really efficient. There was a short half an hour wait on arrival to be given my transfer which was fine. The transfer was a minibus (as there were only a few of us) and it was comfortable and air conditioned with seat belts - perfect. The return booking was really easy. I received a text message of my time to be at location the night before and all went so smoothly. I will definitely use you again, thank you.

Only criticism is that we were left to put our own cases in the 'hold' of the coach at the airport, and get them out at the hotel on arrival. I had a child with me an I would have expected someone the driver to give me a hand.

The service was excellent and we didn’t have to wait too long. The only thing that really could be improved was receiving an email that said “to confirm pick up time” the day before departure from the hotel. This was very confusing as we didn’t know whether that meant us double checking the time and date was correct or if we had to physically confirm (I.e. call ) to the service provider. Because we didn’t know what to do, we had to call the provider, incurring in roaming costs. If this could be made clearer it would help all customers

Our flight was 4.5 hours late and when we phoned your staff to update them on this, they confirmed our transfer would still be ok provided there was a taxi available at the time. When we arrived at the taxi desk, a driver was made available within a few minutes and we were taken to our destination without futrther delay. Perfect job Holiday Extras. Thanks.

The transfer system was easy to understand and find the agents at the airport. The return was slightly more worrying as you have to confirm directly with carrier (difficult in a foreign language!) Luckily as long as you have confirmed by 24hrs prior it is allocated and you just have to be there waiting!! I think i used the chatbot, and saved the link so i could find it again!!

Convenient, it took us right to the door of our hotel. It was on time when picking us up for the return journey from the hotel to the airport. Although there was a hold up on the roads we got to the airport in plenty of time. I'm actually undecided if I would book the transfer company again. Whilst there was nothing wrong with the drivers and it was nice to travel in a private car. We had to wait about 40 minutes at Palma Airport with not much communication from the clerks working at the transfer company desk. I believe it was only us querying where the driver was that hurried it up.

Published conditions stated no longer than 50 minute wait at the airport before the transfer bus departed. In my case I was waiting 15 mins by the locked bus before the driver arrived and a further 50 minutes before we left the airport. In total it was nearer to 2 hours from arriving at the bus to being dropped off at my hotel, for a 25km journey. Luckily it was early in the day when I arrived, so I still had the remainder of the afternoon & evening to enjoy.

I booked the return shuttle bus from Palma Airport to Cala d'Or. The online booking was really straightforward and very economical. I was asked to provide my travel dates and flight numbers and after payment was taken, I was sent an email confirmation with a booking reference. Once I arrived in Palma I spent at least 25 mins trying to locate my bus outside. When I couldn't find it, I logged into the Holiday Extras account and only after a bit of digging did I find a set of instructions explaining that I needed to go to a specific desk located in the airport and 'check in'. By the time I got there, the queue for the travel desk had about 200 people in it. When I finally got to the desk I was given a slip of paper with 2 numbers circled. One was the number of the stand and the other was the number of the bus. I made my way outside to the stand only to find approx 15 buses parked there. I ended up asking a random driver for help as I was completely overwhelmed and he kindly took me to my bus. I genuinely don't think I would have been able to find it if it hadn't been for him. It probably didn't help that it was around 10.30pm, it was dark and there were hundreds of people all trying to find their buses. Our bus driver was courteous, took our bags and placed them in the bus for us. The bus itself was clean and comfortable and had good air con. The journey took the length of time specified on the website and we were dropped off right outside our hotel. Again the driver helped by taking our bags off the bus. On the return journey we were collected exactly on time and got to the airport by the time specified.
I would definitely use this service again as it is very cost effective and also, now that I know what to do when arriving at the airport, it will be much easier. However, I'd like to suggest that the full instructions regarding the desk/where it's located etc is outlined within the initial confirmation email, rather than it being located in the Holiday Extras online account - this would avoid the stress/confusion and also waiting times at the airport.

Everything was good regarding the pick up and drop off. The coach was clean and comfortable and had seatbelts. The drivers were friendly and efficient. However I had to change my pickup venue as I changed accommodation during my holiday and though this appeared straightforward and the telephone and online staff were helpful and reassuring my confirmation online had the wrong information, as the drop off point and collection point had been transposed. Despite reassurance on the telephone it made my collection very stressful. I was worried that the driver would go to the wrong place. We have booked transfers before and had good experiences. This time we booked mid price expecting a minibus. In fact we were given a full size transfer bus in both directions. On the outward journey we were first on the bus and last off. Over 3 hours in total. It was 45 mins before the bus left Palma. It took the northern route, getting to Cala D’Or last. The return trip was better as we were almost last on and the transfer time for us was much faster. We did feel sorry for some on the bus who obviously had a much longer journey. On pickup from our hotel for the return journey we were just getting to the front of the hotel, 7 minutes earlier than the scheduled pickup time, as the bus arrived. The driver leant out his window having remotely opened the hold doors, and told us to hurry up. I had damaged my back and struggled to load a 20kg bag into the bus. He became impatient and got out of his seat to load the second bag. My partner had rushed off to drop our room key into reception and the driver kept asking if she was coming back! We left still earlier than the scheduled time feeling very annoyed.

The whole process of our pick up and subsequent drop off at Palma Airport went smoothly. No issues arose of any kind and both our drivers were very pleasant, friendly and accommodating. The driver to Pollensa, noticing that our granddaughter was unsettled after the flight, put nursery music on the audio to help calm her.

I have already submitted a complaint. Our flight landed on time. It took 1.5 hours to go through Palma airport. On arrival at taxi. Desk i was told the taxi had been sent away! Surely the taxi desk was aware of the timings and chaos at palma airport i was told i should have rung. That was not possible.and anyway they could have rung me before sending taxi away.Also i had told my coach transfer we did not need them as we had a taxi. As common sense did not prevail i hope to see a full refund back into my account.

Transferring from the airport to the hotel was long, and went around 3 or 4 different towns. Was told no longer than 95 mins but was more like 120mins.After being already delayed an hr then having a long queue at passport control it felt like forever! Returning to the airport was alot faster as we were 3rd to last pick up. Found it odd that 4 different coaches turned up at the hotel each picking up just a few passengers. Would surely have made more sense to just put everyone on the one coach. Other

Booked hotel/car park combo and had no issues. Hotel was comfortable & car park was easy with a shuttle. Also booked a private transfer & again no issues. There was an issue returning & I think the driver had left his wallet or money at hotel we were picked up from & asked to go back but I said no as we’d then be late arriving to airport & with 2 kids on an early flight and already a 50 min transfer 30 mins in it just wasn’t acceptable option for us. He didn’t argue when I said no but he basically left us pretty quickly soon as he dropped us off.

We booked airport transfer by private car. The booking process was straight forward and confirmation immediate. Instructions for arrival were very clear and easy to follow. The taxi driver who picked us up at Palma airport wasn't where we were told to find him. Also he didn't know where to find the hotel in Puerto pollensa. I thought taxi drivers knew where to go when given an address. Return taxi great.. receptionist very good when we had to change return details due to a cancelled flight.

I recently travelled to Mallorca with my elderly mum and booked Holiday Extras for the transfer to/from Palma Airport. It could not have been any better. We were 2 of just 4 people on the journey to our hotel and the only 2 on the way back to the airport. Both drivers were extremely friendly and helpful and immediately helped with my mum's case. Fantastic Service..Despite a 2 hour delay the staff on the information counter directed us to our coach quickly and politely, We were then greeted by a polite and cheerful driver who safely stored our luggage in the luggage hold.. comfortable journey Driver then unloaded our luggage at our destination. On the day before we were due to leave I contacted you on chat through the mobile app and was helped by Gemma who again was polite and responsive at telling me when we was due to be collected. The coach arrived right on time and again greeted by a polite driver who assisted with luggage on collection and drop off. We booked a private transfer from Palma airport to our hotel. On arrival we found the office and after waiting a short while our driver took us to the car and drove us to our hotel. I never asked him about our return journey to the airport but in the paperwork it said that he would come and pick us up at 16.05 on the date of our return. We waited in the hotel lobby and at 16.02 a car turned up and took us back to the airport.Very happy with the service. Would definitely book again through holiday extras!

We used gateway transfers from palma Airport to our hotel, they were waiting for us at the airport, walked us to our mini bus, even tho we didn't book a private transfer, we were the only ones on the bus, then in our hotel within 35 minutes, then on the way back, messaged us the day before with a time, arrived exactly on time, and another private bus back to the airport, excellent service.

Booking our shared transfer from airport to resort was very easy ( Palma to Cala d’or) , with immediate email confirmation. Details re our arrival and where to meet our driver sent the day before travel were clear and concise. Driver was at said meeting point with my name on board. We were the only travellers on the shuttle so essentially had a private transfer. Pick up details from resort to airport sent 2 days prior to departure but wasn’t exact in our pick up location. Shuttle arrived on time but some confusion with actual point of pick up as it was possibly 2 points. So hubby waited at one point and me at the other. Driver came to my pick up point but as he spoke no English it was bit of confusion explaining where hubby was! If pick up SMS had said exactly where pick up would be they would have helped. Again, we were the only passengers! The pick up time gave us plenty of time to get to airport, and being dropped off outside departures was excellent. Driver on way out was lovely, return driver seemed quite grumpy! However, this said, it was our first experience of booking a shared transfer and it was fab, superb value for money, and so much less hassle and cheaper than car hire. Holiday Extras we’re the cheapest transfer price, and we felt confident of a good service due to good communication via email, SMS and the app. Recommend this service.

I had booked a shuttle service from Palma airport to Say Coma which was supplied by Gateway Due to long queues in passport control caused by lack of staff we were late in getting to the meeting point in the arrival hall but luckily the shuttle service phoned me to find out what was delaying us and asked the driver to wait. On the return journey the driver was on time and had us back at the airport kin an hour. I would highly recommend this company.

Delighted with the private Transfer we booked for a recent trip to Mallorca. Clear easy to follow instructions to the transfer company, waited about 2 mins for our driver to collect us, he was polite and courteous, helped with our bags. The minibus was lovely and clean. I found the advice/ reception desk at the airport exactly as described in your e mail. I was met with a pleasant young lady who gave me a ticket which gave me the bus number and departure bay. The driver CAREFULLY stowed my case in the hold and I then had a very pleasant 20 minutes drive to my drop off point, approximately 200 yds from my apartment. The coach could not get any nearer due to the road system. Excellent service.

Excellent experience throughout. I expected a shuttle bus/coach to pick us up. Our passport control was slow so were not out on time. I received a call and a message from the driver explaining he was waiting for me and where to meet him which was a nice touch and reassuring. Then we found the driver who took us to a lovely taxi not a coach which was amazing. To get our own personal transport was unbelievable and unexpected so thank you. Then on the transfer back. The driver arrived on time and again it was a small mini bus all to ourselves. Which was brilliant again. So I was super impressed thank you.
