Good instructions to find pick up point on arrival. And really impressed our hotel was emailed and they put note in our room with our pick up time for return. Coach was prompt. Transfer out was bit longer than said though.

Very good service. Only thing that might make travelers uncomfortable, is the length of time waiting on the bus for other travelers. We were First on the bus so unfortunately had to wait over a hour before leaving airport. This may stress people. But the bus was comfortable and well air-conditioned. We are in our +50's so it was not a big deal, but it may have with the younger generation just wanting to start their holiday.

Phoned uk number and got pickup time by going through the automated menu. Could be clearer in the instructions how to get pickup time but all went seamlessly.
