The return pick up driver was coughing all the way back to the airport. We put face masks on and he then coughed into his hand. Not a particularly pleasant journey back to Larnaca airport.

Airport transfer by holiday extras was easy to book and pay. Once getting to the destination airport we went to the relevant desk once leaving the baggage reclaim hall. We showed the desk our booking papers and we waited just a few minutes for the driver to appear and then led us to the car. It all went smoothly.

First time booking a private transfer and i could not of been more pleased with the service. Flights were delayed and the driver tracked flight to assure he was there in time. Met us with a friendly smile and a clearly displayed board.

The local company used were excellent communicators managing our expectations and providing real time updates via WhatsApp. Driver was waiting for us on arrival and arrived on time to collect us for departure. The instructions on where the desk was located at Larnaca airport could have been clearer. It would have been helpful if they had made it clear that the desk was inside the arrivals area rather than outside the arrivals area, where all the other car hire and taxi services are located. A simple diagram of its location would have been useful. Once we had located it the service was very good - nice car and pleasant driver.

Drop off from Airport to Hotel excellent Return journey not so good. Full mini bus. G16. Driver came to side entrance of Hotel I was waiting in Main Reception signed. He was very agitated. Dude entrance he took me back through not dafe as I have mobility problems. Passengers helped me on. Astep high. Also helped me of. He threw cases to ground on arrival plus my four wheel walker. On leaving my hotel he didn't turn round went straight ahead. It's a no through road.not a good experience at all on journey to Airport
