Enjoy the unbeatable convenience of staying just a short stroll away from the terminal, without making a dent in your holiday budget, at the brand new Ibis Budget at Luton airport. From the hotel it's a simple, 10 minute walk to the check-in desks meaning you could treat yourself to a few more minutes shut eye or tuck into a delicious continental breakfast.
The hotel itself has a welcoming and modern vibe with friendly staff on hand to help. The rooms are comfortable, streamlined and clean, equipped with all the essentials including an en-suite bathroom, TV, and free wifi.
There isn't a restaurant on-site however there is a 24 hour snack bar serving a range of hot and cold food and drinks. Breakfast at the hotel is a continental buffet (unlimited juice, toast, croissants, crusty baguettes, deli meats, jams and spreads) and is served from 4am-10am.

One of the closest hotels to the airport is also one of the most affordable. The Ibis offers a practical setting with a modern style, all within 10 minutes of the airport.
Getting to the airport
With this package you park your car first, then catch the included shuttle bus to the Holiday Inn Express, which is within walking distance of the Ibis Budget.
When it's time to fly you can walk to the terminal in about 10 minutes, take the public bus which costs £1.60pp and takes around 5 minutes, or you can take a taxi to the terminal for around £8.
Check in from 2pm and check out by 12 noon.
Parking
Drive to Airparks on the day of your hotel stay. Park your car, keep your keys and keep hold of the ticket you'll be given.
Catch the bus to the hotel. It runs regularly and takes around 14 minutes.
We'll give you directions to the car park in your booking confirmation.

There is no restaurant, but the hotel has a 24-hour snack bar where you can choose from a selection of hot and cold food and drinks.
Breakfast
Breakfast is a continental buffet and costs £5.50. Expect the classics - toast, croissants, deli meats, jams and spread.

Good to know
Government regulations require passengers at the airport to wear a face covering. Remember to bring a face covering and have it on before you get there. You'll need one for each member of your party.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.2m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).
The shuttle bus can't accommodate large sporting equipment, so we'd recommend dropping any off with your passengers at the terminal first, then driving to Airparks.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change. We can't offer you a refund for any booked parking that you don't use.

Ibis Budget with parking at Airparks room-only procedures
On the day of your stay
Drive to Airparks and when you arrive, drive into the car photo booth. A member of the team will check you in while you stay in your car and then direct you to the relevant parking zone. You'll be given a ticket which you need to keep safe. Keep hold of your car keys and make a note of where you've parked for when you get back.
The included shuttle bus runs to the terminal regularly, 24 hours a day. It takes around 14 minutes.
Getting from the hotel to the airport
On the day of your flight check out of the hotel and make your way to the airport. You can walk it in around 10 minutes.
There's also a bus that takes around 5 minutes, costing £1.60pp. Alternatively, reception can also book you a taxi to the airport, for around £8 each way.
Coming home
The shuttle buses back to the car park leave from bay R. You'll need to show the ticket you were given at check-in to the driver.
Collect your car and drive to the exit barrier - you'll need to insert your ticket to scan the barcode, and then the barrier will lift.
