Enjoy the unbeatable convenience of staying just a short stroll away from the terminal, without making a dent in your holiday budget, at the brand new Ibis Budget at Luton airport. From the hotel it's a simple, 10 minute walk to the check-in desks meaning you could treat yourself to a few more minutes shut eye or tuck into a delicious continental breakfast.
The hotel itself has a welcoming and modern vibe with friendly staff on hand to help. The rooms are comfortable, streamlined and clean, equipped with all the essentials including an en-suite bathroom, TV, and free wifi.
There isn't a restaurant on-site however there is a 24 hour snack bar serving a range of hot and cold food and drinks. Breakfast at the hotel is a continental buffet (unlimited juice, toast, croissants, crusty baguettes, deli meats, jams and spreads) and is served from 4am-10am.

Getting to the airport:
With this package you park your car first, then catch the included shuttle bus to the Holiday Inn Express, which is within walking distance of the Ibis Budget.
When it's time to fly you can walk to the terminal in about 10 minutes, take the public bus which costs £1.60pp and takes around 5 minutes, or you can take a taxi to the terminal for around £8.
Check in from 2pm and check out by 12 noon.
Drive to Airparks on the day of your hotel stay. Your car will stay here while you're away. You'll need to leave your keys with the parking team so they can park your car for you.
Catch the bus to the hotel. It runs every 20 minutes all day, and it should take around 14 minutes.
We'll give you directions to the car park in your confirmation email.

On the day of your stay:
Drive to Airparks first and leave your car in an arrivals bay. Remember to take note of your lane number.
Check in using one of the self-service machines, and you'll be given a ticket which you'll need keep hold of until you return. You'll also receive a tag which you need to attach to your keys.
Drop your keys into the key-drop box outside reception â€' make sure you put them in the correct box for your lane number â€' and catch the shuttle bus to the hotel. It runs every 20 minutes and takes around 14 minutes. It's included in the price.
Getting from the hotel to the airport:
On the day of your flight check out of the hotel and make your way to the airport. You can walk it in around 10 minutes.
There's also a bus that takes around 5 minutes, costing £1.60pp. Alternatively, reception can also book you a taxi to the airport, for around £8 each way.
The shuttle buses back to the car park leave from bay R. You'll need to show the ticket you were given at check-in to the driver.
Make your way to the check-out shelter and follow the instructions on the key dispenser. Then collect your car and drive to the exit barrier - you'll need to insert your ticket to scan the barcode attached to your keys, and then the barrier will lift.
