To book the shuttle to airport please call the hotel on 01603 780010 24 hrs before arrival to ensure the most hassle free trip.

Drive to the Holiday Inn Express - we'll give you directions in your booking confirmation. When you get to the hotel park in any space, keep your keys and head to reception to wait for the shuttle bus and book the return journey.

The shuttle runs on the hour or every half hour from 4am until 11pm, outside of these hours you will need to arrange a taxi and pay for this locally.

Accessibility

There are Blue Badge parking bays, which work on a first come first served basis. You'll need to display your badge while you're away.

Security

The car park is secured by CCTV and floodlighting.

The small print

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period until midnight on the date you have booked at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £5 per day. This is subject to change. If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

Call the hotel 24 hours prior to arrival to arrange your shuttle to the airport which is £2 per adult and £1 for children under 12 each way. On the day of your flight drive to the car park, pick a space and head to reception to wait for the shuttle and book your return journey.

Returning to the car park

Catch the arranged shuttle back to the hotel to collect your car.
