The Holiday Inn Express is a great choice for your Norwich airport hotel thanks to the convenient location and welcoming 3-star facilities. The hotel is only 5 minutes away from the terminal via a shuttle bus, meaning you have plenty of time in the morning to tuck into that free breakfast that's included in your stay. Expect well equipped rooms, tasty pub-style grub from the on-site restaurant and friendly staff at the ever-popular Holiday Inn Express.
In addition, if you need somewhere to park while you're away, then you can book a package with parking on-site. This means all you need to do is drive to the hotel, find a space and leave it there for the duration of your trip.
Hotel and parking bookings were okay. Second stay at hotel was awful due to other guests not caring about the noise they make & hotel security taking too long to resolve. Holiday extras could improve by returning money for cancellations rather than a voucher.

Getting to the airport
To reach the airport you can take the hotel's shuttle bus. It'll take about 5 minutes, and you'll need to book your journey with reception 24 hours before you arrive. It costs £8 each way for up to 4 people. The shuttle will drop you off at the Holiday Inn, a 2-minute walk from the terminal. Or you can pay an extra £3 to be dropped off at the terminal.
Check in from 2pm and check out by 12 noon.
Parking
Overnight parking is free if you need it.
Parking while you're away is not included. If you need parking for the duration of your trip search our airport parking and hotel products instead.
