Need to know

Drive to the Holiday Inn Eastleigh and park your car in the car park. We'll give you directions in your booking confirmation.

Keep your keys and head to the hotel reception and give them your car reg, then wait outside the hotel reception for your taxi to the airport.

The taxi will arrive at the hotel at the time you book your parking from. It takes 5 minutes and is included in the price.

When you get back, walk to the meeting point and take the taxi back to the hotel to pick up your car. Your taxi will arrive at the airport 15 minutes before the return time you book.

Make sure you've added a mobile number to your booking – you'll get a text message with more details about your taxi before you go.

Accessibility

There are 4 Blue Badge spaces in the car park. The taxi company is unable to provide an adapted vehicle and can accommodate a maximum of four people.

Electric vehicle charging

The hotel has one Type 2 charging point available on a first come, first served basis. You must be a member of the Polar network or download the Polar instant app.

Early or late? If you return late you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £5 per day, which is subject to change.

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles/fewer than 9 seats) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

Arriving at the car park

The car park is at the Holiday Inn Eastleigh, we'll give you directions and postcode on your booking confirmation. Drive to the car park and park in any space.

Head inside to reception and give them your car reg so they can check in your car. It'll stay here while you're away so you'll keep your keys.

Your booked arrival time will be the time that the taxi arrives to take you to the airport. Wait outside the hotel reception for the taxi to take you to the airport – it takes around 5 minutes.

The return taxi transfer is for a maximum of four passengers.

Returning to the car park

Your taxi will arrive at the airport 15 minutes before to the return time you give on your booking.

When you get back, walk to the meeting point and take your taxi back to the hotel to pick up your car.
