Need to know

Drive in using the directions on your booking confirmation and follow the yellow signs. The entrance is about 300 metres past the first blue Airparks gate.

Once you're in, the barrier will scan your number plate and lift – then park in a free bay and head to the shuttle stop.

The shuttle's included, runs regularly, and takes about 14 minutes to the terminal.

Scan the QR code at the bus stop to use Where's My Bus – see exactly when your shuttle will arrive, then track the return too.

When you're back, hop on the shuttle, head to the car park, find your car and drive out. The exit barrier will read your plate and open for you.

Accessibility

Shuttle buses are wheelchair friendly and accessible bays are first come, first served. Need support? Give the car park a call in advance.

The small print

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2.2m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m).

Shuttle buses can't carry large sports equipment – it's best to drop those off with passengers at the terminal first before heading to the car park.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £20 per day. This is subject to change.

Getting to and from Luton airport

Arriving at the car park

When you arrive, drive up to the barrier. It will recognise your car registration and let you in. Find a space, keep your keys and remember where you've parked.

Then head to the nearest bus stop to catch the shuttle bus to the terminal. It's included in the price, takes around 14 minutes and runs regularly, 24 hours a day.

Returning to the car park

When you return, catch the shuttle bus back to the car park. Buses depart from bus stop E at the airport. Find your car and drive to the exit. The barrier will recognise your car reg and lift, allowing you to leave.
