When will my pick-up time be confirmed?

For private transfers, you'll see the pick-up time on your booking confirmation. For shared shuttle buses, you'll be texted your pick-up time 24 hours before you travel. Make sure you give us the correct mobile number when you book.

Call the number on your booking confirmation if you haven't been sent the text to find out your pick-up time.
