The barrier didn't lift for me to enter the car park

You may have been given a ticket or token when you entered the car park, insert this into the machine at the exit and the barrier should raise. If you didn't get a ticket or token and still have problems, press the help button to speak to a team member, and give your Holiday Extras booking reference. They'll confirm you've prepaid and lift the barrier for you. Remember, do not insert your debit/credit card, as you may be charged twice for your parking.
