I want to amend/cancel a non-refundable product

Non-flexible bookings are unable to be changed, cancelled, or refunded after they have been booked. You can make changes to your personal details if needed.

If you need a cancellation invoice for a travel insurance claim, continue through to cancel your booking and it will be show as a non-refundable cancellation. This confirmation can then be used for your claim.
