I want to amend/cancel a non-refundable product
Non-flexible bookings cannot be changed, cancelled or refunded once they have been booked; you can only amend your personal details.
If you need to arrange a cancellation invoice for a travel insurance claim cancel your booking and it will show no refund has been given. Confirmation of the cancellation will be suitable for the claim.
