The 3-star Hampton by Hilton is one of two Stansted airport hotels connected to the terminal, so if it's affordable convenience you're after, look no further. As one of the closest hotels to Stansted Airport, getting to and from check-in is effortless; it's just a 5 minute stroll via the covered walkway.
It's not just location that make this an excellent airport stopover. The Hampton by Hilton boasts stylish and contemporary decor throughout and a range of welcoming features such as complimentary breakfast and wifi. The rooms are modern, spacious and equipped with all the essentials for a comfy stay. For those travelling on business there's a 24 hour work zone and two boardrooms. For anyone wanting to work up a sweat there's a fitness centre that's open around the clock. There's also a relaxing bar and lounge on-site, ideal for grabbing a light bite and toasting to the start of your holiday.

Getting to the airport
It's a 2-minute walk from the hotel to the airport through a covered walkway.
Check in from 3pm and check out by 12 noon.
Parking
Secured parking is included in the price of this package for the duration of your trip.
Park in the hotel's car park and once you've checked in to your room, check your car in and leave your keys with the Maple Parking representative, located next to reception. They will park it in their secured, off-site car park nearby and return it to you when you get back.

This is a brand new hotel, so all rooms are clean, modern and comfy. They are quiet, with blackout curtains, and convenient, with plug sockets by your bed and USB charging points around the room.

Wifi
Wifi is free throughout the hotel. When we visited in 2018 we found it to be a good speed and very easy to connect to. You can also connect with multiple devices.Restaurant and bar
The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, but you can order food from the bar and enjoy it in the spacious and comfortable lounge/bar area. There are even plug sockets on many of the tables, so you can work and eat at the same time.
Expect burgers, curry and steaks, as well as a selection of desserts on the menu. A main averages at £13.

12pm - 9pm daily.
If you want a late night snack pizzas, paninis and sandwiches are available from the bar, 24 hours a day. There's also a snack shop with chocolate and sweets at reception.
Breakfast
Breakfast is a full English and continental buffet and is free for guests. When we visited in 2018 we found there to be a great selection of hot food, as well as pastries, fruits and cold meats. The waffle machine was a firm favourite with us, especially with the great choice of toppings!
You can choose from a wide range of drinks, including plenty of cold fruit juices and hot drinks - if you're in a hurry there's takeaway cups to use.
Gluten-free options are available if you need them - just speak to a member of staff.

Good to know
There are computers and printers near check-in, where you can print your flight documents for free.
The busiest times for breakfast are between 4am - 5am.
