Catherine Capon is a naturalist, adventurer and ecotourism advocate.
Prompted by her childhood fascination with all things wild, Catherine went on to study Zoology at Imperial College London before producing wildlife television with the likes of the BBC. Since then Catherine has continued promoting ecotourism.
Ben Lynam is Head of Strategic Communications at the Travel Foundation, a sustainable tourism charity based in the UK, which Holiday Extras has been supporting over the past decade. Ben has been at the Travel Foundation for 9 years and has been involved in a wide range of projects, including setting up the Future of Tourism Coalition in 2020.
Miche Clarke Cowell is the Associate Director of Strategic Development & CSR. Miche started working at Holiday Extras as a team leader in the Call Centre 20 years ago and has progressed her career with in the company moving into the Commercial team then into Contract Management and now heading up CSR.
Elton Caushi is the co-founder of Albanian Trip, a boutique tour operator based in Tirana, designing travel experiences and tours around Albania, the Balkans and the Mediterranean. His focus has been to provide travel services while preserving local habitats and culture. Responsible and sustainable tourism (for both the people and the environment) is a philosophy inherent to Albanian Trip!
Jeremy Smith is co-founder of Tourism Declares a Climate Emergency, a global tourism initiative of over 300 tourism destinations, businesses and organisations committed to science-based climate action. He is the author of Transforming Travel - realising the potential of sustainable tourism (2018) and co-founder of Travindy.com, the travel industry sustainable tourism website news site.
