The service on arrival at Corfu airport was excellent. The only observation I have is that the return hotel pick up on the 2nd Oct was a little late and did not take into account a massive roadworks queue going back into the airport, which was clearly evident on Google maps. A 40 min journey took double the time, so they needed to pick us up earlier than planned. But we made it OK in the end.

Unfortunately the return pickup journey had the incorrect flight number and time which I didn't notice when I originally booked. Thankfully someone your end noticed that there was a discrepancy between actual flight and our pick time and sorted it out via Whatsapp messaging the day before we were due to fly back. Only problem I had was that I was getting reminders via email for original flight date although I had changed the booking months ago to a week earlier which made me wonder whether my change had been noted ... it had so all good

Booked executive transfer couple of days before travel. Easy process on the holiday extras app, emailed and text msg confirmation. Once at airport, taxi was waiting outside in the airport where the app told us. On the return, similar process, text msg and driver was waiting at hotel reception about 10 mins before time booked. Spot on, no fuss and easy to do.

The return pick up from hotel to airport was 30 minutes late . There was no communication from the driver . Hotel eventually contacted them . This meant we got to the import late and had a 2 hour check in queue some of which was outdone in midday sun

Car for return journey was far more comfortable with better air con than the car that took us to the hotel. To improve your service, for the return journey a text message advising that your driver is on their way to you would remove the stress of hoping there is no mix up whilst waiting for them to arrive.

Both airport parking and overnight stay in hotel easy and good value. The private transfer at our destination was smooth and seamless. Straight out of arrivals, transfer driver waiting at the transfers office which was right in front of the arrivals exit. On the return journey picked as stated and on time and smooth transfer back to airport, excellent service all round.

The arrival transfer was excellent our lady driver took an alternative route to miss the traffic. Our return driver was a nightmare he drove extremely slowly and subsequently lots of other cars were queued up behind us and many overtook us it didn’t feel particularly safe he also spent lots of time fiddling with the radio as it wouldn’t get a signal & speaking to us in his very limited English. We said multiple times it didn’t matter that the radio wasn’t working. We arrived at the airport thankful we arrived in one piece !!!

We booked transfers from Corfu airport to Kassiopi. We chose the premium shuttle service, and couldn’t believe how reasonable the price was. We were nervous about our choice as we’d never been to Corfu before,or used Holiday Extras for transfers. On arrival we followed their instructions to find the reps,(who were lovely) they directed us to our mini bus. The driver packed in our luggage and off we went. Super smooth service. The same applied to the return transfer,prompt,courteous and efficient.

The return pick up was punctual and efficient. The airport to resort pick up however was a complete shambles with a total lack of information leaving me wondering, after a wait of over an hour, whether my transport had left without me. It became apparent that all of the passengers sharing my route had passed through the airport, and the delay was due to having no driver available. What defines a service provider is how efficiently problems are resolved, and in this instance you fell short of the mark through lack of communication.

The accommodation was down a very steep road and the driver who picked us up for our departure refused to drive down. We understood because he was in a mini-bus type vehicle. Because of our age we were unable to take our (small) suitcases up ourselves and we asked him to walk down and help. But he refused to help. Luckily for us a younger guest saw our plight and carried them up for us. We were not impressed by this. But otherwise it was a good service.
