Both airport parking and overnight stay in hotel easy and good value. The private transfer at our destination was smooth and seamless. Straight out of arrivals, transfer driver waiting at the transfers office which was right in front of the arrivals exit. On the return journey picked as stated and on time and smooth transfer back to airport, excellent service all round.

Dropped at the bottom of the road the property was on rather than at the property, anyone who did not know where they were going would have had problems. Also it was not great as my companion was on crutches….

We booked Lords of Corfu via Holiday Extras and they were superb. Upon arrival at Corfu there was a minimal wait before we were whisked away on a 40 minute journey to our Hotel. For our return journey, we were collected spot on time and conveyed back to the airport in comfort. An excellent, good VfM service booked easily via the Holiday Extras App. Thank you.

The arrival transfer was excellent our lady driver took an alternative route to miss the traffic. Our return driver was a nightmare he drove extremely slowly and subsequently lots of other cars were queued up behind us and many overtook us it didn't feel particularly safe he also spent lots of time fiddling with the radio as it wouldn't get a signal & speaking to us in his very limited English. We said multiple times it didn't matter that the radio wasn't working. We arrived at the airport thankful we arrived in one piece !!!

We booked transfers from Corfu airport to Kassiopi. We chose the premium shuttle service, and couldn't believe how reasonable the price was. We were nervous about our choice as we'd never been to Corfu before,or used Holiday Extras for transfers. On arrival we followed their instructions to find the reps,(who were lovely) they directed us to our mini bus. The driver packed in our luggage and off we went. Super smooth service. The same applied to the return transfer,prompt,courteous and efficient.

My only complaint is for our return journey, we were asked to wait at an adjacent hotel for pick-up. However, the driver had not been advised and was waiting at our booked accommodation. Luckily, we could see the taxi and went to ask if it was for us.....

The return pick up was punctual and efficient. The airport to resort pick up however was a complete shambles with a total lack of information leaving me wondering, after a wait of over an hour, whether my transport had left without me. It became apparent that all of the passengers sharing my route had passed through the airport, and the delay was due to having no driver available. What defines a service provider is how efficiently problems are resolved, and in this instance you fell short of the mark through lack of communication.

The accommodation was down a very steep road and the driver who picked us up for our departure refused to drive down. We understood because he was in a mini-bus type vehicle. Because of our age we were unable to take our (small) suitcases up ourselves and we asked him to walk down and help. But he refused to help. Luckily for us a younger guest saw our plight and carried them up for us. We were not impressed by this. But otherwise it was a good service.

We eventually got through immigration (which was a lengthy process) and our driver was there waiting. Really impressed with service so we booked return from hotel to departure airport, in resort.
