Offering fabulous service just 10 minutes from the airport, Clayton has 3 restaurants, a coffee shop and free wifi.

Covid-secure

The Clayton hotel has introduced strict hygiene standards designed to keep your stay as safe as possible. When you arrive at the hotel you'll see a whole host of changes, with extra cleaning in all areas and sanitation stations for you to use.

Your room will be cleaned thoroughly with disinfectants and enhanced cleaners, with extra emphasis on high-touch areas including light switches and TV remotes. There'll also be a room seal on your door for added peace of mind that your room has been deep-cleaned ready for you.

Breakfast won't be a traditional buffet, but a full table service instead. The bar is currently shut, but the restaurant and room service are available.

Getting to the airport

There's an included shuttle service to the airport and back from the hotel. It runs every 30 minutes, 24 hours a day, and takes around 10 minutes to get there. The journey is included in the price.

If you're travelling to the hotel by train the nearest station it Portmarnock. A taxi from the station to the hotel will cost around €10.

Check in from 2pm and check out by 12 noon.

Parking

Overnight parking at the hotel is €10.

Electric vehicle charging - There are two electric vehicle charging points (22kwh), free for guests to use. They work on a first come, first served basis.

Restaurant and bar

There is a choice of dining options at the hotel.

The Brasserie offers a seasonal menu and a relaxed atmosphere. A carvery lunch is available here daily.

The Italian Kitchen offers authentic dishes and an excellent range of wines to accompany them. Think stone-baked pizza, antipasti and pasta.

The Playwright Bar has a tempting cocktail menu to go along with beers and wines, plus you can choose to dine from the bar menu â€' expect burgers and sandwiches.

Open: 3pm - 10pm every day.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served in The Brasserie. It's a buffet of traditional Irish fare, including bacon and Olhausen sausages, as well as black and white pudding.

There's also a healthy option which includes fresh fruit, smoothies and muesli.

Breakfast served 6am to 10.30am every day and can be booked with us on the next page. On the day it costs €13 per person.

If you're flying too early for breakfast, you can grab a takeaway option from the Red Bean Roastery Coffee Dock in the hotel.

Good to know

Government regulations require passengers at the airport to wear a face covering. Remember to bring a face covering and have it on before you get there. You'll need one for each member of your party.
