So, how does it work?
When you've made your booking, we'll send you an email confirmation. This will contain your booking reference, show the name of your car hire provider as well as where to find the car hire desk when you arrive at Murcia Airport.

A bit about insurance
Our Spain car hire agreements all include a collision damage waiver. This means that you won't be charged any more than your excess in the event of theft or damage.

When you arrive - picking up your Majorca hire car
If you're collecting your hire car from Palma Airport, a member of the provider's team will meet you at the appropriate car hire desk in Arrivals. They'll then spend a few minutes checking through the paperwork for the car rental agreement with you. There will be some forms for you to fill in before they hand over the keys to your rental car.
As part of the handover process, they will go through the fuel policy with you and whether you need to return the car full (full to full policy) or on a pre-purchase, partial refund policy where you pay for the amount of fuel in the car when you collect it. Your confirmation will also detail whether there is any mileage limit in your agreement.
Please ensure you are carrying all of the following with you when you pick up your hire car:
- Printed email confirmation for each of your journeys
- A full driving licence
- Credit card in the lead driver's name, with the full deposit amount available
- A valid DVLA code
- A valid passport
When it's time to go home
When it's time to bid adios to Majorca, check your booking confirmation for details of where to return your hire car. Before you hand the vehicle back, it will be inspected by one of the rental car provider's team.
