When you arrive - collecting your hire car from Alicante Airport
When you arrive to collect your rental car from Alicante Airport (ALC), a member of the provider's team will meet you at the appropriate desk. They will take a few minutes to go through the paperwork for the car rental agreement with you. There are some forms to complete before you will be given the keys to your car.
They will also explain the fuel policy to you and whether you need to return the car full (full to full policy) or pre-purchase, partial refund where you pay for the amount of fuel in the car when you collect it. Your confirmation will also detail whether there is any limit to the number of miles you can drive.
Please ensure you have all of the following with you when you pick up your hire car:

- A valid DVLA code

What to do on your return
