General- The promoter of the Better Start Giveaway ("promotion" or "the promotion") is Holiday Extras Limited, Ashford Road, Newingreen, Hythe, Kent CT21 4JF, registered in England and Wales No. 1693250.
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion and these terms and conditions without notice.
- No cash alternative to the prize will be offered. The prize is subject to availability, and the promoter reserves the right to substitute it with another prize of equivalent value without notice.
- The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence about the promotion will be entered into.
- By entering the promotion, you agree that if you win and accept the prize, your name may be published on the Holiday Extras websites and used by Holiday Extras for promotional purposes.
- By entering this promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- The promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
- Each entrant must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the UK, Isle of Man or Channel Islands to participate in the promotion.
- The following are not eligible to participate: (a) employees and immediate family members of employees of the promoter; (b) any company responsible for redeeming or supplying prizes for the promotion and their respective franchisees, subsidiaries, agents and advisers; (c) other persons assisting with this promotion; (d) any person who is not an individual; (e) any syndicate or collection of persons acting together; (f) any person entering through an agent or an organisation whose business involves entering or advising on entering prize promotions; and (g) any person using an application or automated process to submit an entry on their behalf or by proxy.
- Automated entries are not permitted and will be disqualified.
- The promotion is scheduled to take place between 07:00:00 on 1st August 2026 and 23:59:59 on 31st August 2026 inclusive on the Holiday Extras websites and apps.
- To enter, entrants must complete the promotional sign-up form using a valid email address.
- Only one entry per person per day is permitted. Duplicate entries submitted by the same person on the same day will not be counted.
- Participation in the promotion requires entrants to sign up for Holiday Extras email marketing. Entrants may subsequently opt out by clicking the unsubscribe link included in our marketing emails.
- Entrants' data will be held and managed in accordance with the promoter's Privacy Policy.
The winner will receive a Holiday Extras voucher worth £500. The voucher may be redeemed against eligible Holiday Extras products available on our website, including airport hotels, Meet & Greet parking and airport lounges.
The prize will be made available within three months of the winner being notified.
The voucher will be valid for two years from its date of issue, after which it will expire.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
Additional grüum offer- After completing the Holiday Extras email sign-up, entrants will have the opportunity to claim one free grüum Smooth Summer Skin Set worth up to £36.
- Entrants may choose from the available summer sets displayed on the grüum offer page.
- The grüum offer is limited to one free set per person and is available only while stocks last.
- A £4.95 delivery charge applies.
- The grüum offer is available in the UK and Northern Ireland only.
- The grüum offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
- Claiming or not claiming the grüum offer will not affect an entrant's chances of winning the Better Start prize draw.
- The grüum offer is subject to the grüum terms and conditions and grüum Privacy Policy.
- The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entrants by the promoter using an AI tool.
- The winner will be announced within three months of the end of the giveaway.
- The promoter will make reasonable efforts to inform the winner no later than 30th November 2026.
- The winner will be informed by email using the address provided when entering.
- If the winner does not respond within seven days of the winning notification being sent, the prize will be offered to a runner-up chosen using the same process.
- If the runner-up does not respond or is unable to accept the prize, the offer will be deemed null and void. The prize may then be withdrawn or offered through another competition at the sole discretion of the promoter.
- The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries, winning notifications or other communications that are lost, delayed or not received for any reason.
- An anonymised list of winners can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the registered address of the promoter shown above no later than 31st December 2026.
