Getting to the airport

Hatton Cross station, directly opposite the hotel, has direct tube access to all Heathrow terminals, and is free of charge. The tubes run every few minutes between 5am and midnight daily, and take 5 minutes to get you to the airport. Outside of these times, you'll need to get a taxi.

Taxis from the hotel run to all terminals when needed. You can book one at reception when you check in. The journey time and price depend on traffic and which terminal you're travelling to, but on average it's £25 to £30 each way.

Parking

Feeling hungry? Take your pick from a varied menu packed with flavour. Tuck into British favourites like bangers and mash or fish and chips, or mix things up with Indian, Japanese, Italian, Chinese and American-inspired dishes – there's something to tempt every palate.

An average main costs around £35. Younger diners under 12 are covered too, with a selection of tasty options just for them.

Save room for something sweet. The dessert menu includes indulgent treats like chocolate fondant, perfect for rounding off your meal.

An optional 12.5% service charge is added to the bill.

Add a little indulgence to your afternoon with a classic British afternoon tea. Served 2pm to 5pm daily, choose from a selection of premium teas alongside finger sandwiches, scones and tempting tea cakes.

It's a lovely way to slow down, catch up, or simply treat yourself during your stay.

Bar

The Orange Tree – 5.30pm to 10pm.

Grab a seat at the bar and choose from a range of beers, wines and soft drinks, or treat yourself and try one of the tantalising cocktails before or after your meal.

Caffè Mauro – open 24/7

Why not grab something to go before heading to the airport? Caffè Mauro in the hotel lobby offers freshly made sandwiches and paninis, plus refreshing hot and cold drinks. Try a classic British bacon or sausage bap or go for a honey-roasted ham and cheddar sandwich.

Early flight? Don't worry, you can still get a takeaway breakfast at the Caffè Mauro reception before you leave.

Things to do

Energise and recharge before your flight. The hotel has a large, fully equipped gym, with loads of cardio and resistance machines and free weights. There's even an indoor heated pool, sauna and steam room – it's all free for hotel guests.

Children are allowed in the pool until 7 PM and must be accompanied by an adult at all times

Early check-in is available from 9am for £35, subject to availability. Alternatively, if your room isn't ready, the reception team can look after your luggage until it is.
