I followed the sat nav instructions but it took me through the drop off zone and couldn’t get out without paying £4 . Probably my fault but I was panicking as I was unsure where it was.

When I turned up to my parking area there was no car parking spaces left. Had to call the attendant and ended up parking at the end of a row near the entrance that was not a space. This put my car at risk of damage. Was really disappointed that I paid for premium parking and never even got a space!!

Easy parking - no issues entering or leaving - great that you don't have any transfers and you keep your keys. No issues in the executive lounge - decent food and drink

Everything was as described except the car park in and out gates. Otherwise it was a great improvement on other airports I’ve used. Will definitely use Newcastle again.
