Everything went smoothly apart from exiting the Luton short-term car park. The machine requested a payment of £196 when I inserted my ticket, however I had of course booked and prepaid Holiday Extras a substantially lower figure. The issue was quickly resolved when I pressed the assistance button on the ticket machine.

Our flight home was cancelled due to the snow so we couldn't collect our car until the next day.Having explained to a very helpful person we were advised not to put in the ticket at the barrier but press the intercom,explain again and then the the barrier was lifted to allow exit with no further charges.How very decent and understanding.

Went to the barrier only 2 out of 3 barriers were working so there was a bit of a queue put my ticket in it said I owed £98 I pressed the intercom as vehicles were backing up behind MeV tooting their horns...I told the attendant my registration and kept repeating it when asked...I pleaded with him to raise the barrier as there was a back log of cars...he asked for my reference which I gave and he told me he couldn’t find it...after about 10/15 minutes someone emptying the machines came and put a key in to raise the barrier all in all a terrible service and experience

The reason for the score is you alarmed me by a welcome home message a day earlier than I was due to arrive. Which led me to believe I got the dates on my reservation wrong, thankfully I had not but your email caused unnecessary stress while on holiday. Get your house in order before asking for feedback

Auto recognition car plates works on way in but not on way out. What's the point? I had to reverse out and find original receipt in luggage at 2am in order to exit. Come on Luton get it sorted

You cannot cross the road to get from the Short term car park at Luton to the terminal building. You need to get a lift up 2 floors walk across the footway and then get a lift down again, if they are working...... Better to park on level 2 of the Multistory car park. Dreadful airport and best to avoid anyway.

Insufficient parking led to a long wait, driving around trying to find a space. The road surface was appalling and extremely difficult to roll suitcases on the surface. With a full set of golf clubs and a suitcase the distance we had to walk from the car to the lift, walk along the top walkway and then another lift own before a further walk to the terminal wasn't worth the so called added 'convenience' of being a 2 minute walk to the terminal. Given the price, a bus stop outside the terminal from a car park further away would have been preferable in hindsight and something I will be doing in the future. Short Term is expensive for what it is........like the rest of the Luton Airport parking/drop off experience - daylight robbery.

Facilities were as described and I parked very close to the Terminal entrance which was great, only a short walk. Only hiccup was when leaving the car park and the ticket showed I "owed" £180 but was sorted out quickly by the very helpful staff. Would definitely use HolidayExtras again.

My return was delayed. I was unaware that I would be charged £45 extra for arriving on the same day but hours later than anticipated. This carpark charges at an hourly rate not per day or part of day.
