Everything went smoothly apart from exiting the Luton short-term car park. The machine requested a payment of £196 when I inserted my ticket, however I had of course booked and prepaid Holiday Extras a substantially lower figure. The issue was quickly resolved when I pressed the assistance button on the ticket machine.

Need to highlight the extra cost of staying in a short term car park if flight is cancelled or delayed for any length of time.

Our flight home was cancelled due to the snow so we couldn't collect our car until the next day.Having explained to a very helpful person we were advised not to put in the ticket at the barrier but press the intercom,explain again and then the the barrier was lifted to allow exit with no further charges.How very decent and understanding.

Went to the barrier only 2 out of 3 barriers were working so there was a bit of a queue put my ticket in it said I owed £98 I pressed the intercom as vehicles were backing up behind MeV tooting their horns...I told the attendant my registration and kept repeating it when asked...I pleaded with him to raise the barrier as there was a back log of cars...he asked for my reference which I gave and he told me he couldn’t find it...after about 10/15 minutes someone emptying the machines came and put a key in to raise the barrier all in all a terrible service and experience
