Awareness at Bus Stop of Customers making way to Bus. EG Bus Stops although Colour coded can allow for confusion if you have walked through parked cars to get on Bus. Would suggest that Main Stop / Shelter, is better to receive Customer.

Very helpful drivers on the coaches especially as my ticket got wet on our holiday and wasn't legible! Car park is quite rough in places and as it was raining on our departure there were lots of puddles to avoid.

I found you very easy on sat nav, parking for car was good bus to air port on time, on rtn information from driver good will use again.

I found the directions from the M25/M1 very confusing and had to ask local people how to get to AirParks. Had a late return flight and had a long wait for the return bus. Then had a long walk to the ‘grey’ zone and our car. The car park was quite dark with lots of pot holes and uneven areas in the car park. The exit machine caused a few delays and had to queue to get out of the site.
