We have used Holiday Extras for airport parking for a number of years now and are really pleased with the whole process. From booking through the internet, contacting the team to discuss any problems on line to the actual parking everything has always gone very smoothly. I would have no problem recommending this service to anyone. A very professional, value for money.

The entry barrier did not recognise my number plate. I took a ticket from the entry point but it was not recognised on return, this causes big problems late at night. I have used this system at least 25 times with same registration. Very tedious

When booked a wrong time was on the booking for leaving the car park for some reason, i contacted the online chat and this was apparently amended but upon leaving the car park i it was asking for £100 when contacting the car park they then said i needed to pay 15£ as the time hadn't been changed. after 10/15 of explaining i was let out of the car park but i find this very unacceptable at 1am with a one year old tired baby. this service was booked to help the flight time situation but was totally the opposite

Booking is easy, driving through barriers is simple even if you arrive a bit early, got a good spot very close to departures which was great. Delayed coming back but I knew we had a 3 hour grace so I wasn’t worried. Very reasonably priced, secure, efficient parking, have recommended to numerous people

The car parking went very smoothly with entry and exit. It would help if exit instructions were clearer as barrier raised without me needing to insert the ticket. Downside was despite me booking with you I received countless emails afterwards saying my search had been saved and did I want to book despite having already booked !!!

Couldn't get in to Liverpool long stay on ANPR. Spoke to guy on intercom gave him my code. He says he can't see it on system, but take a ticket and we'll sort it for when you get back. Got back. Couldn't get out of car park. Spoke to Anna and she couldn't find me on system either, but did let me out thankfully.

Always prefer flying from Liverpool Airport than Manchester Car parking is about half the price and no delays due to roadworks or queues at the security desks. Parked and through security in 20 minutes ????

So simple, first class service, everything was so easy with no issues. Travelling late night was a bit worried, but no everything was perfect simply drove in, car number plate was recognised, barrier opened. Same going home. Seamless and stress free.

Hi we was very happy with the ease to enter and exit the car park with no problems but on entering it said please use the parking at the point F there was plenty of spaces before we got to F but was not sure if we could use them but still very happy and would definitely use you again and recommend to fanily and friends

Experience was very good. A little unsure of car park location even with postcode, but that I think was more to do with the airport signage than anything else. Easy to park and collect on return. Loved the daily countdown on the app. Would use again.
