As usual an efficient convenient service. On our return an almost empty bus left the stop just before we got there and fairly soon another one came but people jumped the queue and it soon became absolutely packed and it’s physically very difficult for us to lift the suitcase up on the shelf as requested

All staff very friendly & efficient. Very easy process, drop your keys at the desk, get on the bus with your luggage, dropped off at the airport & vice versa coming home.

Our plane diverted on way home so arrived back at leeds Bradford Airport over three hours late at 03.30! Picked up immediately by Sentinel and taken to our car. Very happy!
