I booked long stay on the internet then I had to call to change this to meet and greet as my husband had torn his hamstring so was having difficulty walking. I made the changes on the phone and was told the difference in price would be about £30 difference. My card was then debited for the amount. When we arrived at the car park they had no details of us using meet and greet they just said our original booked had been cancelled and then rebooked as long stay.

On return your driver did not have change to feed the exit barrier so our drive home was a bit delayed - not good when tired from travelling and having paid extra for full meet and greet

I am very upset about this as when we parked the car at the airport we actual used the wrong car park resulting in paying a £235 car parking bill when we returned. We used the bar code on the booking confirmation which scanned into the scanner at the barrier on the car park site. I'm sure this should not have happened as we should not have parked there anyway. We thought this was the correct place as it stated meet and greet at the entrance. I checked with a gentleman in the Premium Meet and Gret cabin and he said that if we scanned in the voucher at the barrier then we are probably in the correct place. We used the post code off the voucher confimation which took us to that car park. A little upset as when we printed the confirmation voucher it did not print off the direction section at the bottom which I found upon our return. I was wondering whether there was something you could do in the way of a refund as we had paid c£80 for the original parkin then a further £235 for the car park. To improve I think the directions need to be highlighted more onthe voucher confirmation.

Worked like a dream, taking away all the hassle of shuttle busses, taxis, etc... whilst travelling with a small child, especially when dropping off early morning and collecting late night. This was the first time I have done this and definitely worth the premium and I will do this again in future.

Rang to say we had landed and was told to ring back when we had collected luggage but the paperwork said just ring as soon as,no one told us otherwise so had to ring twice.Use meet and greet all the time at other airports and never paid these prices but was let down at the last minute with my lift so had no choice.

Directions were a bit misleading even though we have used the car park at the airport lots of times to drop off family. We were looking for a different way in, whereas it's the same entrance. Forgot to phone as we arrived so maybe they would have confirmed it then. Otherwise couldn't fault it.. Friendly pick up/ drop off guys.

Excellent & very efficient service, but the car came back extremely dirty!!! Covered in bird Poo, grass, trees!! think it was parked in a field for 2 weeks, could have done with wash down.

Phone just before arriving and the attendant is waiting. Sign the form and a 2 minute walk to the check in. On return phone and your car is ready waiting. Load up and your off. Superb!

When we landed back in Leeds I called the office as instructed, we were stood waiting for our car for 20 minutes, my partner called the office again to be told that nobody had set off yet as they couldn't find our car key and that they didn't have us as arriving back on that date and to check out paperwork, our paperwork was correct! The member of staff on the other end of the phone was rude and abrupt and unacceptable. We finally got our car 30 minutes after requesting it, this to me is not 'meet and greet'. I will not be recommending it using this service again.

When we arrived to drop our car off there was no one there to meet us and no directions as to where we needed to be...it was very confusing. There was also no contact number for the company who was looking after our car. At one point we were stood in the middle of a car park not knowing what the hell was going on!

Some confusion finding the entrance as signage not clear. Staff very friendly and helpful and we were in the terminal building within minutes. On out return we phoned as instructed and our car was back in the car park in five minutes. Excellent service and would highly recommend.
