Easy to find a spot, easy access and exit. Lot more expensive than Manchester multi storey so I always see if it's cheaper to go there.

The only downside I can think of is that the midstay car park wasn't signed very well. On the plus side when I got a bit lost and panicky the guy on the buzzer was really kind and helpful, he directed me well and even told me he would watch me as I navigated to the correct parking area. The car park was super close to the terminal, exactly as advertised. I was worried I wouldn't find my car very easily on my return as there was no numbers in the parking spaces or lettered sections so maybe an idea for future to number of letter the car park sections

Everything went very smoothly, just a slight delay exiting the car park as it did not recognise my reg, but as soon as I dialled the help the barrier was raised. Car park bays were quite tight.

You said that it was 3 minutes walk to the terminal which it certainly was not. We had to look for 20 minutes for somewhere to park. The parking spaces were very narrow. The one way system was confusing and the exits were not clearly marked

When we came to leave the barrier did not rise and we were requested to pay £228 for our weeks stay however this was quickly resolved when we rang the bell on the exit machine and told them we have prepaid and booked through holiday extras

Not very clear direction to our car park and quite a walk to terminal then could not get out on return wouldn't recognise our car and disc said £400 plus which was a shock so had to ring help line to let us out

The only problem we had is that we came out of the airport around 4am and the lighting in the car park was dreadful it took us ages to find the car and it’s not good when it’s torrential rain we we’re soaked

Firstly charged me twice. Had to contact to get my money back. Then reg or barcode not recognised leaving me with an additional £336 bill to pay for parking. Barrier was not issuing receipts so now no way to claim it back

Pre booked parking, reg or barcode not recognised. Left with a £336 bill, can’t speak to anyone, minimum response time is 30 days. Can’t pay my mortgage, won’t ever use again. Book direct if you don’t won’t covid excuses 12 months after it’s not a thing. Appalling service.

On exit our car registration was not recognised and you tried to charge us with a fee of £109.00 plus. I scanned the bar code on our confirmation letter and still not response. So I contacted you via intercom and then you let us through. At 3 am it was not ideal.

Missed the turning ended up in pick up and drop off car park was in for about 1 or 2 minutes came to come out and had to pay £5 pounds to get out it was dark and the signs are not ver clear hope we can get it back has we had all ready payed to park for a week

Finding a parking spot was horrendous. Advertised as 2/3 minutes walk to terminal - not true. Took a good 10 minutes walk and signage was non-existent. Parking bays extremely tight to maneuver in and out.

Parked our car in mid stay for 2 weeks easy to find loads of spaces barrier opend as soon as we got there and on returning no problems exited straight out would definitely use this again

Car parking was very straight forward and the fast track through security was a real bonus, we didn’t have to queue ,with young children, for possibly 2 hours, in fact we didn’t have to queue at all.

It was easy to get into the mid stay parking at Leeds Bradford and we only had a short walk to the terminal. However it was not so easy to get out. The signage for the exit wasn't very clear and we had to go through 2 automatic registration barriers. 1 lifted the other didn't which led us to believe we had somehow gone to the wrong exit. The barrier did lift when we scanned our bar code though.

Car park was as described; it is within walking distance of check in. The let down was the poor surface over which you have to push your suitcases - could do with the walkways been properly tarmaced.

It was very difficult to find the car park as the signs were poor. It was even more difficult to find the pedestrian exit to the terminal. On our return the number plate recognition didn’t work. Neither did the scanning of the receipt. Overall not a good experience.

At LBA mid stay car park, the machine didn’t recognise my car number plate or bar code. The staff were very helpful and lifted the barrier - the same happened on my return at 1am, not a pleasant experience, alone in the dark. The car park is a disgrace and not a good ‘Welcome to Yorkshire’, tall weeds, uneven paths, very poor signage. The management should be made to experience the car park with a customer and get it sorted!!
