Our flight was diverted so by the time we booked out of the car park we were six hours late. I explained this via the intercom at the exit gate and no additional charge was made. Very happy with that.

I have already emailed you about my concerns I regularly use the long stay parking and have never had any issues However on this occasion I found it stressful and felt unsafe On arrival the car parks were exceptionally busy and I struggled to find a space ending up at car Park 4. The route to it wasn’t clearly signed and cars were parked everywhere, some not in actual designated bays making it difficult to navigate a route! On my return the next day at 10pm I was the only one getting off the bus and found car park poorly lit making me feel vulnerable and the surface very poor to walk on and pull a case along. Finally the way out was very unclear/poorly signed and some routes blocked by temporary cones. I have never had to use the car park 4 and I realise it may only be open at busy times but found it a poor experience for reasons I have outlined Val Anderson

Found the car park easily. Parked up took about ten minutes as very full. Went to bus stop, only waiting for five minutes before bus came. Very pleasant staff. No problem either way.

The only problem was getting out. We had almost 20 cars sees like we all struggled to work out how to get out. If there could be a clearer instruction on how to get oi that will be helpful. Apart from that . Thanks for a great service!
