No issues dropping the car off on time. On the return tip even with my car battery going flat while I was away the guys had it started and with me in 5 mins of me arriving at the desk. Well done guys and thanks. Paul

Drop off and pick up went smoothly although directions into short stay at T5 misleading and cost me a parking ticket to get through the car park!

The initial hand-over of our car was fine. The issue is the pick up. In the end we had to wait 55 minutes before our car was returned to us, this despite following the return instructions explicitly and being told when we got to the desk that our car would be with us in a few minutes. We had to chase numerous times and it looked like the attendant was doing something not work related on his many mobile phones. We were not the only customers with the same problem. This is a premium price, but we did not get a premium service. We look forward to hearing about your proposed compensation.

i was sent instructions to go to terminal 5 level 4 off airport parking but they were not expecting me as holiday extra's hadn't told them. when i collected the car it wasn't ready as promised. the guy at the terminal was very good.

Easy to book, great drop off and pick up arrangements at the Sofitel Hotel, T5 and friendly staff. Only criticism is the exterior of the car was absolutely filthy on pick up.
