Make your way to the MBW desk which is at the lift area of level 2 rows E and F, inside the Terminal Parking car park at Terminal 4.

Here are your directions to the car park:
- Make your way to Heathrow Terminal 4.
- As you leave the Terminal 4 roundabout, follow signs for Terminal Parking parking.
- Drive up the ramp and stay in the right-hand lane.
- Take a ticket at the barrier and hand this to the MBW driver.
- Enter the Terminal Parking car park.
- Drive down to level 2 following the off-airport and parking signs.
- On level 2 follow the road to the left, drive to the end of Row F and park in one of the designated Off Airport Meet and Greet parking bays.
