I would normally park in the airport, but the changes to the car park opposite the terminal at Glasgow and the charges make it uneconomic. Parking off-site is a lot less convenient and time consuming but Skyport were very efficient and friendly. Will definitely use again.

I was so pleased to hear about the EV charging you provide but as I was not aware of it till we got there I did not bring our charging cable, maybe advise people of this excellent service you have All the staff without exception were so helpful, thank you will definitely use you again

The parking site was quite a bit away from the airport. It was mobbed when we arrived. The member of staff I spoke to was quite nippy. The parking site itself was extremely tight. And very full. Turning into a tight space was impossible. Each row of parking spaces was a dead end meaning you had to reverse all the way back out if you stupidly went down one row looking for a non-existent space. Nightmare with other cars also heading down the same row as it then became a convoy of reversing vehicles. When I dropped off the car, my family remained at the office/waiting area/bus stop. This is how they have set it up. I realise they do this as it would have been impossible for them to exit the vehicle once it was parked and the quality of the road underfoot was not conducive for walking on. On the return collecting my car at 1.30am, as soon as the bus stopped I dashed out to collect the car so that the family (twin toddlers + Dad) weren't hanging around. I knew exactly where my car was as I had photographed the number! Exiting though, it was badly signposted on site with no clear directions back to the office part. I ended up having to exit and then come back in again. Very annoying in the cold with two small children waiting in the middle of the night. Apart from the nippy guy at the start, all the staff were actually fantastic. Really friendly, chatty and extremely helpful. The main issues we had were to do with the site itself and its setup which I'm assuming has nothing to do with the staff.
