Staff were extremely helpful. I had booked my car into long stay parking and was immediately upgraded to short stay as a Blue Badge holder. This made my transition from car to departures/arrivals very helpful indeed.

Everytime I pull up to barrier at car park there is a problem and I have to waste time talking to someone to let me in. Will not be using holiday extra in future and would not recommend.

Nothing against holiday extras some products are very good and would definitely use again. My issue is with parking charges at the airport Belfast International. The charges have risen dramatically after they put the competition out of business. The facility is rough with no defined parking spaces there is never enough room at busy times. The price is getting to expensive and it works out cheaper getting a taxi to the airport, also there is less chance of getting your car damaged by taxi.

I had to reschedule my flight as a result of snow at my destination. I was surprised that I had to actually rebook for another day rather than amend my end time. I also thought the cost of the additional day was rather high at £16

When we got home from Lanzarote it was snowing heavy and our car battery had died! Last thing We needed being locked out with our 4 year old. We went and asked for help and within a few minutes the car parking attendant came with his van and jump leads & stayed around 20 minutes til we finally got the car up and running. Couldn't fault the service, thank you.

pathway to terminal is too narrow for 2 way traffic with luggage, also badly lit. had a bad fall moving to side to avoid others.

We were booked in to the Long stay car park, when we arrived the barrier opened and there was no hold up and the same when we were homeward bound. I have booked through holiday extras before and have never had a problem so I will be booking through them again in the future.

No. I booked by accident 3 rooms instead of one - but couldn't get a refund. Just insisted there was nothing they could do about it. The room was far too smelly. Too much chemical scented spray. Left all over luggage and clothes during holiday.
