From the 1st April to 31st October 2023, the lounge will be open from 5am to 8pm every day.
Children permitted
Children are welcome in the lounge and those under 2 years old may enter for free. Children aged 12 and over will need to pay an adult rate. If this is not correctly added at the time of booking the lounge will charge an additional fee on entry. From 01/05/2020 children under the age of 2 are not permitted in this lounge.
Dresscode
The lounge has a smart casual dress code. Sportswear, tracksuits, clothing with offensive slogans, fancy dress or hats are not permitted. Shoulders should be covered and appropriate footwear should be worn. Dresses, skirts and shorts should be at minimum above the knee and not be split to a higher level. Tops should not be backless, strapless or cropped and underwear should not be visible. Jeans and trousers should not be ripped. Please be considerate of other guests and ensure your behaviour is reasonable at all times.
Food and drink
The lounge provides a well-serviced bar which includes draught beer, a selection of well-known spirits, wines - all of which are included in the price. There's a vast selection of soft drinks too, as well as hot drinks, including speciality teas. You can even treat yourself to a bottle of Prosecco or Champagne on the day, for an additional cost.
For breakfast, you can choose from the self-serve buffet bacon or sausage sandwiches, toast, freshly baked pastries, cereal bars and yoghurts. From 11am there's a range of delicious buffet food, including hot sandwiches, soup, pasta and a salad bar selection. Teacakes, fruit, toast, biscuits and crisps are available throughout the day too. The menu changes regularly, so some of these foods may differ on the day of your visit.
The White Rose Suite caters for children with a kids box, which includes a sandwich, fruit, juice and a colouring pack. They also cater for gluten-free travellers.
Food and drink cannot be removed from the lounge and they request that you drink responsibly.
Entertainment facilities
Newspapers and magazines are available. If you have children in your party there's 'kid's box' which includes a colouring pack.
Disabled facilities
The lounge's entrance is accessible via a ramp, so is suitable for wheelchair users.
