Children of all ages are accepted into the lounge. The lounge requests responsible and sensible behaviour.
Dresscode
The lounge has a smart casual dress code. Smart shorts, such as chino or cargo, sandals, trainers, non-sport tracksuits, hooded tops, T-Shirts and jeans are all accepted.
They don't allow clothing such as vest tops for men, sporting team shirts, clothing with offensive slogans, clothing with sports branding baseball caps, tour shirts, fancy dress or onesies.
Lounge staff expect reasonable behaviour from all guests, and reserve the right to refuse admission.
Food and drink
Whatever time of day you're flying, you can tuck into tasty food from the all-day menu in the Aspire Lounge before your trip.
All the food and drink is included in the price but prosecco and champagne cost extra. Enjoy a range of hot dishes such as casseroles and soup, with vegetarian and gluten-free options also available. The menu is subject to rotation on a weekly basis with at least one item available depending on your date of travel. Please ask a member of lounge staff on arrival at the lounge for more details. All food and drink items are subject to availability at the time of your visit and may change without prior notice.
Food and drink can't be taken out of the lounge. While there are alcoholic drinks available, we do recommend you go easy on them.
Entertainment facilities
Guests can watch TV or use the internet thanks to the free wifi access. The lounge also has a flight information screen.
Disabled facilities
The lounge is fully accessible to disabled customers.
Business facilities
Free wifi access is available in the lounge, and there is a desk, a telephone and power points.
