Children permitted

Children aged between 2 and 11 are welcome to enter the lounge at the child rate. Children older than this will be charged at the adult rate. Children under 2 are not allowed in the lounge.

Dresscode

The lounge has a smart casual dress code, and the staff reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone wearing unsuitable clothing â€' this may include themed clothing or fancy dress, clothing with offensive slogans, sports kit, tracksuits, flip flops, or anything that exposes midriffs, or bare shoulders on men. Lounge staff expect reasonable behaviour from all guests, and reserve the right to refuse admission. Please be considerate of other guests and ensure your behaviour is reasonable at all times. Lounge staff reserve the right, at their absolute discretion, to refuse admission and/or to ask people to leave if their behaviour or clothing is inappropriate and/or may cause offence or distress to other users of the lounge.

Food and drink

Dining at The House is an experience. Unlike most lounges, The House offers a la carte, waiter-served meals included in the price.
Look forward to a changing menu of such delights as lamb kofta, pumpkin tortellini or sauteed wild mushrooms, served straight to your table.
If you happen to be there in time for breakfast you can choose from a selection of cereals, fruit, pastries and cooked meats, or opt for something from the a la carte menu such as eggs benedict, omelette or a breakfast roll.
Also included at the lounge are drinks, including delicious London gins and your choice from the cocktail bar, plus smoothies, coffees and other hot drinks.

Entertainment facilities

The lounge has included wifi which you're free to use on your own devices while admiring the runway views. You can also make use of TVs, magazines and newspapers and handy charge stations to keep all your kit fully energised for your flight.
Plus for added convenience the lounge has showers, which visitors can use free of charge.
The lounge also has its own prayer room.
