nothing acceptable have sent u complaint already but astonished u saying up to 35 days to respond!!!!!!! food terrible hotel- dirty poor hygeine in canteen type food area - place falling to bits - like,s and u said £8 taxi actually cost £14 - would not put a dog in here DID U NOT CHECK OUT BEFORE PUTTING YRE CLIENTS INTO THIS PLACE - LOCALS AT AIRPORT SAID THOUGHT SHUT DOWN YEARS AGO

The staff were friendly.. the food was ok.. the walk to the lift from reception was ridiculous having mobility issues it was actually easier to use the stairs.. there was a gap under the bedroom door which I got half my foot through it, the window didn't shut properly luckily it was August and not winter.. body wash, shampoo, bubble bath what ever it was in a plastic drinking cup...no instructions of what it was not good if have allergies..glad we were only there 1 night the only good thing really was the fact we left our car there for 2 weeks while on holiday.

Parking ok ! ......Hotel like Fawlty Towers !.... No check in until 4pm at hotel .....Rubbish and black bags piled up next to a full bin in the garden at reception ! ..... Room just passable! ..... Bar not open until 3pm! ....... Evening dinner more like school dinners ! ...... Fire alarm set off at 11pm on purpose by a drunken guest ! ..... Loud music played by another drunken guest until 2pm, when the night watchman was told !

The room was adequate, very very basic. The windows were disgustingly dirty and full of spiders, cob webs and mould. I took photos, but can't attach them to the review to let you see how bad they were. Cost of taxi to the airport was an additional £12 each way which was added expense on top of the accommodation & car parking charges.

Everything went smoothly and the guy on reception was very helpful. The bar and breakfast facilities were not available which was very disappointing before a long flight. Lovely hotel but room badly needing renovated. Good price though with airport parking and taxi is around £9.
