The hotel was easy to find and close to the airport. Room was quiet and comfortable plus the staff were friendly and helpful. No aircon, so could be hot in high summer. The website and confirmation said that the parking was included at the hotel but on arrival we were told that we had to pay. I showed the website details and agreed to cover the charge. Holiday Extras notified me of the parking costs 3 days after we left. Will I be fined?!

Overall very good service but please ensure contact by telephone, person to person as a last resort is possible if other methods have failed to satisfy a customer eg email etc. My booking amendment was handled very well.

Turned up at the Hotel and they had no recognition or details of our booking. Had to wait 40 minutes to sort this out.

Arrived at the hotel to check in to find they haven't got my booking so had to wait an hour and a half for someone to send the confirmation through then arriving back at the long stay car park which I paid for within the booking it said I owed £120 and the barrier wouldn't open so had to contact staff and wait for my booking to be retrieved AGAIN

Hôtel was clean and tidy friendly staff and two minutes from the airport. Car park was easy to find and two minutes walk to the terminal

No, nothing went smoothly. Restaurant shut, given take away menus, eg: McDonald's, KFC, etc. Teens stay on third floor, our floor, running amok, shouting, running, doors banging etc until 4 A.M..... Never again staying here.
