The hotel was very basic which was somewhat expected. However to have to sit on seats in the bar area with slits and really worn cushions was very poor. The car park was fine. Good transfer service.

Car park wanted more money to exit and when we arrived at the travel lodge it was full and was told no rooms available so need a refund on this please. We were not happy to be told this at 3.45am then had to drive home for 3 and half hours. Not happy totally unacceptable the guy at travel lodge at Ratho Station had no explanation he had our surname as a booking reference but no room for us. Still waiting to hear from you regarding refund apparently takes 30days to investigate..... this for real?

I wish I had never used holiday extras The car park didn’t have any information about my. Poking nor did the hotel I have put in bc an official complaint but have yet to hear anything

Flight cancelled so couldn’t change hotel to following night after flight change so had to book a different hotel at extra cost , also fast track booked so had to book that against n at extra cost.

Arrived as per date to check in to the travel lodge to find that they did not have any reservation booked for me for the night . So I then checked with email received to make sure my car was booked for the two weeks yes it was thank god . When in Travel lodge another couple arrived to find they had the same problem but they were very fortunate to have friends who could put them up for the night and there car was also booked in . I then had the problem to find other accommodation at a very late time for my flight in the morning which was at 4am to airport. I then had to pay another £123 for the night which was more than my booking was for the Travelodge and my parking. I have tried contacting yourselves and booking .com but have had no response.

Hotel was really poor. Curtains hanging of rail (can provide photos) Toothpaste of taps, skirting filthy and smell of damp. A hotel in need of a re vamp
