Did not get much sleep at premier inn at sidcott. Fire alarm went off in middle of night. Had to get up at 4 am. Alarm going off was very disturbing and unsettling. Left property in room in error, emailed hotel, says it takes up to 35 to respond . Not good enough. I visited hotel on way home from holiday to enquire about lost property. Was told. By reception staff on 7 th Feb that she didn’t know where the lost property was kept as she didn’t usually work at this hotel. Poor poor service , it let down a great package organised by holiday extras. Car parking worked well , thank you for that.

Although an older style hotel everything was the good standard we have come to expect from Premier Inn. The on airport parking was excellent.

Excellent hotel with handy restaurant and bar attached! 15 minute drive on the A38 to the airport in the morning. All worked well and would definitely use again.

Great hotel. Close enough to airport. Only took about 20 mins to get from hotel to airport. Hotel was lovely, set in beautiful grounds. Staff were very friendly and restaurant attached was very convenient, food was fine and staff went above and beyond.

Great hotel, friendly, helpful staff on reception and great location. Brewers Fayre next door was very convenient and great value for dinner and breakfast. The parking at the airport included was great.
